I mostly enjoyed my two nights at this hotel. The staff was professional, the room was clean, and breakfast was a beautiful spread. The only thing I wish my ground floor room had was a little more privacy. I wanted to read in my room during one afternoon but the curtains made it too dark and the only other option was the black-out curtains. I wish there had been a sheer curtain option because when I left the doors with no curtain, the gardeners walked by and could see into my room. Not relaxing at all. I did like that the hotel was close enough to walk to the cathedral and the city center but was far enough away to not hear a lot of noise.

We arrived to book thanks to the experiences of other guests, where no one, no one, had a bad experience, just remain thank the owner for the excellent service, congratulate for the facilities. We chose the old building room dating from the year 1.500, sleeping between walls of more than 500 years old ....no price. Peace, tranquility, unique place. I would be happy to come back.

This gem of a hotel was perfect for my visit. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy and the bed linens and towels were very comfy. The food and drinks served at the Cafe in the lobby were delicious. My only complaint is that my room was right next to the houskeeping service room which was noisy each morning beginning at 8:00am. But still giving 5 stars as all the other attributes made up for the inconvenience.

All perfect and clean. Quiet and easy parking in the same street. We missed a toaster, but generally everything like in the photos. Very easy entry to the building by a code without keys. We will repeat safely.

Very attentive and friendly staff in all services. The totally central location next to the English Court and bus station. It's a pity the Sky-Bar is not open at the time of the stay and breakfast outside the buffet ranges from 5 to 9 euros, which seems a bit expensive to me. Better to hire the buffet at the time of check-in, which costs 12 euros.
