Booked this hotel for three nights as it advertised a 24 hour check in desk and we would be arriving late around 2200. However when we arrived the reception desk was closed and the hotel was locked. There was no answer when trying to call and we were left abandoned. Shocking service. AVOID THIS SO CALLED HOTEL.

Wir waren im Rahmen einer Oldtimerausfahrt mit über 20 Fahrzeugen und mehr als 40 Personen für eine Übernachtung mit Abendessen und Frühstück angemeldet. Die gemachten Zusagen im Hinblick auf die Unterbringung der Fahrzeuge und Zimmerreservierungen wurden alle eingehalten. Das abendliche Grillbuffet war reichlich, schmackhaft, vom Koch frisch zubereitet und einfallsreich. Beim anschließenden geselligen Beisammensein waren genug Servicekräfte im Einsatz. Das Frühstücksbuffet ging ebenfalls über das normale Maß hinaus. Die Zimmer waren groß und sauber. Teilweise herrscht in den Sanitärbereichen Renovierungsbedarf, der jedoch größtenteils bereits umgesetzt worden ist. Unsere Gruppe war durchweg sehr zufrieden.

Chambre tres sale, Du lit jusqu’à la salle de bain. La chambre n’était clairement pas nettoyée et cela depuis un moment je pense vu l’état de cette chambre. Taches de graisses Taches brunes sur le lit Tache sechee sur les toilettes Odeur pas fraiche

Das Hotel liegt ruhig in einer Sackgasse. Durch fehlende hoteleigene Parkplätze muss man in der Zufahrtstraße einen Parkplatz suchen. Das Zimmer war groß, jedoch etwas dunkel und ein bisschen abgewohnt. Frühstück ordentlich, freundlicher Frühstücksraum und zuvorkommendes Personal.

1 overnachting geboekt, we werden ondergebracht in het gebouw tegenover het hotel waar ook appartementen in zitten. Chaotische ontvangst bij de receptie van iemand die hier totaal niet thuis hoorde (en dat ook eerlijk vertelde), ook niet duidelijk gemaakt waar auto diende te staan. De kamers zijn redelijk maar sommige zaken zijn gewoon echt niet in orde: tv zenders dwars door elkaar heen, kapot gordijn, defecte lampen, achterstallig onderhoud in de badkamer etc. In diezelfde badkamer ook een douche gordijn wat groezelig is aan de onderkant…. Pluspunten waren er gelukkig ook; fijne bedden, uitchecken pas om 12:00. Kosten voor de kamer ook zeer redelijk maar geen idee van het ontbijt (geen gebruik van gemaakt daar dit apart geboekt en betaald diende te worden)
