We specially enjoyed the bath tube in the room we stayed. The location was also great, as you can connect directly to the shopping district. Staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Best hotel in Aalst. Stayed for 2 weeks.Great room, perfect bed, shower and also little balcony. the room was spotless very clean. Internet worked perfectly. Breakfast was very good quality with lots of variety and excellent teas and coffee. But the most important is the professionalism and the curtesy of the staff from cleaners to the owner. Absolutely well trained and very kind. I had a medical operation and had to put on compression socks at night, the staff had noted my need and each evening one will come up and help me put the socks on as I was on my own. I felt really at home. the owner is so down to earth and works throughout. Assisted in restaurant booking when it was all full and after closing hours etc... The receptionists Marino, Joel and Anthe were absolutely great. Thank you for a very comfortable stay 🙏 Oh and very central location near everything in Aalst.

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay at keizershof Hotel. When we arrived, we were greeted with friendly staff who came with us to show our room. The sauna was very relaxing too, this is a must do! Breakfast is good. We were also taken care of by the hotel Manager, Lindsay Bunales which is very friendly and she really makes sure that her customers are satisfied with their stay. With regards to the location, I could say that it is just perfect as it is at the heart of the city, nearby shops and some restaurants as well as open market as we stayed on a Saturday. therefore you will not be bored.

My choice of hotel for business in Belgium. Very convenient, clean, comfortable, quiet. The breakfast is good, there is a machine that squeezes the oranges right on the spot, it is pretty cool. Parking on site. The front desk personnel is super polite and so is the bar and restaurant people. There are shoe shining machines in every floor! The gym is a bit basic, do not spect to keep your muscle building routine there but for me is pretty adécuate. Overall I am very satisfied with the hotel overall. Will be coming back

Very decent hotel even if a little dated receptionists very helpful and friendly the rooms are good and we sleep well the room service I do not comment because it is not edible the rooms are clean and spacious

Hotel very well located in this town between Ghent and Brussels, close to shops and the market. Very pleasant host who speaks French. Top room, fully equipped. Very good breakfast with something for everyone with squeezed orange juice 😋. Paid parking but very practical and secure.

Betten sind bedauerlicherweise nicht als Doppelbett zu sehen. Hier muss man schon etwas umbauen. Zimmer grundsätzlich in Ordnung, wobei unter der Hand Renovierungsmaßnahmen durchgeführt werden. Hatten mit einer größeren Gruppe auch Abendessen, was leider unter aller Kanone war (anscheinend Cateringessen). Keine Möglichkeiten zu kleinen Variationen z.B. bzgl. Allergien oder Vegetarier (hier wurde den Personnen einfach mitgeteilt, man hätte nichts zum Essen für Sie). Die Personen mussten Ausswärtsessen. Bedienpersonal absolut unfreundlich. Es wurden Kleidungsstück verunreinigt etc. - keine Entschuldigungen oder irgend eine Reaktion darauf. Frühstück war so la la. Jede Scheibe Wurst/Käse war einzeln abgepackt. Kannenkaffee nicht genießbar, so stürmte alles die Kaffeemaschine. Alles in allem seine angeblichen 4 Sterne in keinster Weise würdig.

Prachtig hotel, centraal gelegen in centrum . Bereikbaar per trein 10 min lopen vanaf station, parkeergarage schuin voor de deur. Diverse tv zenders en radio stations. Mooie inloopdouche. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijtbuffet gevarieerd en vers van goede kwaliteit.
