Heritance Aarah with Premium All-Inclusive

Wonderful island

First time in Maldives and we definitely hit the jackpot! We traveled for couple of weeks in September-October with a 4 years old child. The island itself is of a good size and fits various different restaurants on shore and on the water, activity centers and even areas to play Badminton, Tennis, Squash, Ping Pong and Pool. The gym had the latest equipment and the kids club was nicely decorated and spacious. I believe we were offered with the best villa located on the left side from the reception - the beach was smooth, clean and that's where the coral reef was. So our daily activity always included snorkeling. The masks are offered for free from the hotel, but we brought our own. All of our stay we were guided by the nicest butler we've met - Ilmira, who took care of everything we asked for quickly and in the best way possible. Not only her response time to messages was minimal, she did a great job organizing a birthday celebration, all of our excursions and bookings for restaurants, spa and play courts. I believe not only the hotel but Ilmira made our trip beyond our expectations. We visited all of the restaurants except one where the age limit was 18+ and Ralu stood out to us the most. The chef of Ralu and her team honestly surprised us as the food was truly tasty everytime we went there. Child menu also at every restaurant but we've also asked for some dishes separately which were done very quickly. Another thing which we loved was the nature all around us. Colorful parrot fish, bats, herons, sharks (not dangerous), crabs, dolphins... were truly great for the exception of one black bird which we called the rooster as she woke us up several times early in the morning by continuous loud cry. We've enjoyed the spa (Balinese massage) and the jet skis although I found it to be pricey ($170 for 15 mins). Unfortunately the hotel isn't completely equipped for a child of 4 years old + as there were no child toilet seats available (we brought our own by chance), step stools for the sink in any of the restaurants (we've received a handmade one to the room) and no child bicycles to ride around the island with the parents. Also I didn't quite understand the necessity of a window between a shower and a toilet room and the toilet room not having any locks but that is a minor detail. Overall it's definitely a hotel / an island to come back to. Even though it seems like we've tried everything, the sunset and dolphins excursions, played tennis and badminton, visited all the available restaurants and even the island's museum, I see myself coming back here.

From the moment we arrived, everything at Heritance Aarah exceeded our expectations. The island is breathtaking, the service impeccable, and every detail reflects genuine hospitality. We were especially fortunate to have Satyam as our butler — his kindness, attention to detail, and warm personality made our stay truly memorable. He anticipated our needs before we even asked and made us feel at home in paradise. The entire team is outstanding, but Satyam deserves special recognition for his dedication and genuine care. We were fortunate enough to have stayed for 10 days here, firstly in a beach villa, then a beach villa with pool . Both were beautiful, waking up to the view of the sea and beautiful white sand each morning was amazing . Both villas were well equipped and kept spotlessly clean. This was the case throughout the resort, the grounds, restaurants and beaches were all constantly being cleaned and maintained. The premium all inclusive package here is very good and one of the best in the Maldives. Premium brands are included and the cocktail list is huge, mini bar is topped up daily and a choice of two spirits is included in your room too. Choice of bars and restaurants is good and the food is of a good standard. We particularly enjoyed Ralu as it served breakfasts a bit later and food all day. The chefs here are great and very friendly. Ambula 8 course tasting menu is a must, we thoroughly enjoyed the meal and excellent service here. Hathaa was also very good, however I do feel that this could be included, as you have to pay a supplement to eat here. Staff at the pool bar were great. Also the band and DJ . But what really stands out here are the incredible, friendly and hard working staff. Everyone we met from gardeners, bar staff, cleaners were so friendly. We would particularly like to thank are amazing butler Nafiu, nothing was too much trouble and he was always there for us sorting out lifts to restaurants and our schedule for the day. Unfortunately I became unwell whilst I was there but within minutes Nafiu was taking me to the medical centre where I was seen immediately by the resort Dr and nurse, both of who were lovely and really looked after me. Standout staff for us were Deepak , waiter in Ralu, he welcomed us every day and it was great to get to know him over the 10 days. Rohana our breakfast waiter always on hand with a smile and a glass of champagne for us! Anurag the barman in Ralu bar, always welcomed us with a smile, his cocktails are great, as was his fire and ice show! Chameera for sorting out a table for us last minute! On our last night we also met Deepak the manager of Ralu who was lovely. We seriously miss you guys and thank you for looking after us so well. Unfortunately we can’t thank everyone by name but know that you all helped to make our time at Heritance truly amazing and make memories that will stay in our hearts forever. After arriving at Treasure Island, I drank all the welcome juice served! Passing over a cool towel and juice when it's hot and tired at the reception desk is incredibly refreshing! Then the butler sent us special and considerate reminders, restaurants, bars, island facilities, and arranged dinner for us every day, even setting sailings for us. After confirming the time, we started enjoying ourselves! The butler's name is KYAW, and the details are meticulously arranged. Some people say he doesn't reply and sends us our daily itinerary every day. When he first arrived, he mentioned it but couldn't remember it very well. The arrangement is perfect, and we'll always be picked up at the restaurant.
