В начале этого года снимала одноместный номер с балконом, всё понравилось, по местным меркам обслуживание на высоком уровне. Однако, как всегда, есть одно НО, а именно звукоизоляция в номерах напрочь отсутствует. По утрам просыпаешься от идеальной слышимости и громких звуков всего того, что происходит в коридоре, а именно уборка соседних номеров, звук работающего пылесоса, а также громкие дебаты и смех горничных! Также не производится перерасчет за не использованные завтраки и обеды (как это бывает в некоторых других гостиницах и отелях). В остальном всё хорошо, исправьте все вышеперечисленные минусы и станет всё идеально!!!

Проживал в отеле три дня. Все очень понравилось - вполне комфортный номер, разнообразные и сытные завтраки, вежливый персонал, хорошее расположение, выезд до 13.00 (мне было это очень удобно по сравнению со стандартным временем 12.00). Если ещё буду в Абакане, то выберу этот отель для проживания.

Отель ни как ни тянет на четыре звёзды. А для трёх вполне прилично. Факт отличается от рекламных фото.Расположен в центре, но уже в зоне многоэтажной застройки. При заезде был грязный унитаз. Пришла уборщица и вместо того что бы молча убрать, начала демагогию по поводу того чем он испачкан. Номера маленькие, и по интерьеру больше напоминают студии в зонах массовой застройки Санкт Петербурга с ремонтом от застройщика . Немного потрепаны. При бронировании летом просите что бы в номере был бойлер (установлен не во всех номерах), так как в городе часто нет горячей воды. Но отель имеет огромный плюс, отличный ресторан 114, на втором этаже, где вкусно как по меню, так и бизнес ланч. Повару зачёт, по вкусу и оформлению блюд как в столичных ресторанах. Завтрак шведский на первом этаже тоже достаточно неплох. Пожалуй ресторан делает отель одним из самых привлекательных.
