It was fantastic to stay in a place where every guest is given attention and time. Mytre (the manager and host) makes you most welcome and takes care of your every need. The place , amenities, rooms , restaurant , games rooms with pool, darts etc are 5 star quality. The food- just wow , it’s like food retreat . Great for family or weekend away. We loved it!!!

Realmente no puedo dar una opinión sobre los servicios que pretendí que nos ofrecieran ya que concertamos una cita para celebrar nuestra boda allí y, después de explicarles lo que queríamos, ver cómo se podría hacer y demas, nunca nos han mandado el presupuesto. Llamamos para comprobar el estado de nuestra solicitud, nos pidieron disculpas y nos dijeron que, en dos días, tendríamos la información. No nos la han mandado ni nos han llamado para explicarnos nada. Una pena porque el sitio nos encajaba bien para lo que queríamos hacer. En pocos sitios he visto una falta de profesionalidad tan grande.

Espacio acogedor. Trato del personal estupendo. Zona para estar tranquilos ,pasear y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Las zonas comunes del hotel invitan a pasar buenos momentos. Habitaciones con encanto. Desayuno y comida bien y abundante. Lo que menos el spa, lo mejor las tumbonas calientes y el jacuzzi que no funciona correctamente.

Muy caro para lo que ofrece, hay opciones mucho mejores que este hotel por esa misma zona. El personal no fue amable en absoluto. Cuando necesitamos su ayuda no la tuvimos. Se ve bien en las fotos pero al final una decepción, por lo que no es un sitio que recomendaría.

Espectacular sitio para desconectar unos días. Personal muy amable y atento. La única “pega” diría que fue que, en el primer día no hicieron la habitación, pero fue por una desconexión entre empleados, ya que estuvimos solos en el hotel los tres días, fue entre semana. Especial mención a Fabricio, cocinero, siempre pendiente y atento con nosotros. Un placer haber pasado unos días en tan magnífico lugar

A mi marido y a mi nos ha encantado el hotel. Muy bonito y cómodo. La cena un 10,el desayuno inmejorable y el masaje que me di un 12 sobre 10 ;). Además tienen muchos detalles como poder salir más tarde y darte un regalo a la salida. Super recomendable. Volveremos pronto seguro.
