We only stayed 1 night but we had a very good time. The hotel is a 3 star and has an internal swimming pool connected to an external one surrounded by a beautiful garden, not too large but pleasant. The outdoor pool is very nice, with a whirlpool and jets. Maybe a little small if the hotel was full, but in our case it was not crowded and we had a great time. The thermal water was warm and pleasant. We stayed on a full board basis and ate very well: they offer 3 first courses, 3 second courses with side dishes plus dessert and vegetable buffet. A very nice thing is that you can choose on the spot what to eat, because the waiters arrive with the trolley and therefore you can also look at the appearance of the dishes and decide on the spot which one inspires you the most. Good and varied breakfast, with croissants, cakes, bread, cold cuts, yogurt, fruit salad... For coffee, cappuccino etc. there are automatic machines, decent in quality. The rooms are a little dated but spacious, clean and well maintained. The beds were a little firm for our liking. In general the rooms look a little outdated, but they are still clean and well looked after. Perhaps the swimming pools are precisely those that most need a refresh: in some places the mosaic tiles were detached, a coat of white was needed on some blackened external walls. However, I would like to recommend this hotel because it has an excellent quality-price ratio, considering that it is a 3 star. In conclusion we had a good time without spending a fortune and we will gladly return.

Location dated but very clean. Pleasant pool, meeting our expectations. But the note of merit certainly goes to the kindness of all the staff, from the cleaning ladies, to the waiters, to the receptionists. Attentive and impeccable service. Very positive experience, we will return.

I have been frequenting Abano Terme for 20 years but this structure should be put in last place. The rooms are very vintage, they need to be renovated, the mattresses are very uncomfortable, old and sunken, for myself who suffers from back pain which is not particularly suitable, without a fridge in room (only on request), the Abano spa has an excellent reputation for having excellent restaurants for customers, something which unfortunately I did not find in this structure, poor presence of vegetables in the buffet, and remnants of second courses, recycled for several days , the Bar is almost non-existent (to use it you have to wait for someone from reception to arrive)

Where to start? I am now a regular customer and... I will continue to be. The structure has everything you could expect from a 3-star S. But it has much more! So much friendliness from all the staff. Indoor swimming pool of much larger dimensions than what can be found in hotels of the same qualification. Unbeatable outdoor pool! Inside a splendid garden, well equipped and with aquagym every afternoon! There's even a drinks vending machine. Clean, tidy and complete rooms with everything you need. But their strong point is undoubtedly the catering! Dishes cooked with recipes that are never banal or repetitive. And above all without the need to choose from the menu the day before. Here they pass with the trolley and you, seeing, choose what you like best at the moment! Very attentive, courteous and helpful dining room staff. Without wanting to, we stumbled upon it on Halloween evening. They presented a very particular menu, personally presented by the chefs. All really good and special, served by waiters dressed up for the occasion, as was the entire room. And at the end, an evening of dancing with live music... Gentlemen, all this comes at a considerable cost, and it was offered to us by people who were smiling and happy with their work. My most sincere thanks go to all of them and... see you soon! . Allow me just one note: breakfast at 8am is too late, it would be much more useful to be able to enjoy it as early as 7.30am.
