The first reception guy was very helpfull and friendly. Which was totall oposite to pool stuff - that guy should be fired immediately. Also the night receptionist was not friendly. The room is good, bathroom is nice, bed very big and comfortable. Overal good value for money, however the location is not in the centre and you need to walk 15min to centre/restaurants and so. (we didnt tried hotel restaurant because it doesnt look good)

mio terzo anno e sempre qui,non posso che ripetermi per la soddisfazione. sono stato benissimo. ai fanghi ho ritrovato il favoloso ROBERTO,vero maestro in questo,sempre premuroso,attento,gentilissimo,supersimpatico,fa un lavoro che non è banale e lo fa davvero bene! grazie davvero!!! stavolta ho provato anche le inalazioni,con KATIUSHA carinissima e molto brava. ristorante accogliente, cucina buona e varia, mi ha servito ancora CAROLINA, davvero una bellissima persona,cortese,molto professionale,di compagnia e mi ha fatto stare davvero benissimo! la spa è ampia pulita e confortevole, peccato la sauna apra solo poche ore nel pomeriggio. ringrazio tutti arrivederci al prossimo anno

Prima volta in questo hotel e devo dire che per essere un 3 stelle ha dei servizi di un 4 stelle, le piscine molto belle le sale relax con dei comodi lettini e chaise longue in più una vasca Whirlpool più un percorso kneipp tutto sotto il controllo del bagnino sempre presente , colazione ottima, pranzo e cena eccellente. Si mangia anche troppo. Personale in generale sempre presente e sorridente. Un saluto alla mitica barista. Anche se è la prima volta ti fanno sentire come uno di loro.in tutto l'hotel una pulizia maniacale. Giardino molto curato.alla prossima..

Hotel carino molto basico troppo rigido, personale sempre serio e non saluta mai,a parte la barista che è mette allegria,cibo basico ma buono, la nota dolente è che nonostante finissimo il nostro soggiorno con il pranzo ci hanno chiesto di lasciare la stanza alle 10,30,e fin qui ci può stare,anche se altri hotel ci lasciano stare fin verso mezzogiorno,MA CI HANNO CHIESTO €20 A TESTA PER RESTARE IN PISCINA PRATICAMENTE UN' ORA E MEZZA?!? Noi dopo pranzo saremmo cmq.partiti...ma poi non so nemmeno se questo può essere legale...in ogni caso e' stata la prima volta in questo hotel ed anche l' ultima!!!

Posto perfetto per rilassarsi e sentirsi a casa!! Sono stato due giorni con la mia compagna e mi sono sentito in famiglia, la reception è accogliente e molto cordiale, le informazione che danno sono chiare e chiunque può godere questa esperienza al meglio. Il buffet dei pasti è ampio e apprezzabile attraverso ogni gusto. La signora che gestisce il bar è stata gentilissima e ci ha trattato quasi come se fossimo suoi figli!! Consiglio a tutti di provare questo hotel perché regala un’esperienza magnifica e unica.

Ho soggiornato al vena d'oro dal 9/6 al 15/6,come negli anni passati tutto perfetto. Cucina semplice ma ottima ,pulizia impeccabile. un plauso particolare a Roberta della reception e Roberto il fanghino persona molto professionale ,speriamo di rivederci il prossimo anno

Dal 2022 ad oggi ho soggiornato per ben 7 volte in questo hotel. È il mio "buen retiro", dove curare le mie povere ossa,coccolata in sala dalla dolce e cortese Carolina e dalla gentilissima e professionale Paola. Alla reception i tre efficienti, precisi e sempre disponibili: Dataico, Marisa e Roberta.La struttura dell'hotel è curata, con una grande hall, camere comode ed accoglienti, la cui pulizia è assicurata, per il secondo piano, dalla bella e sempre sorridente Sonia, premurosa e sempre attenta ad ogni esigenza. Insomma il vero punto di forza del " Vena d'oro' è il suo personale trai quali spiccano inoltre i due " fanghini ": Giovanna e Roberto, prodighi di attenzioni, non diversamente da Katiusja. La Spa con le piscine all'aperto ed all'interno, zona relax, sauna, vasche idromassaggio e zona Fitness è modernissima e ben tenuta. Ciao hotel "Vena d'oro".In primavera sarò di nuovo ad Abano...naturalmente nel mio hotel❤
