Ho avuto il grande piacere di soggiornare una notte in questo Hotel dove mi sono sentita davvero rilassata. La grande ospitalità e disponibilità di tutto lo staff e l’abbondante e buona cucina, hanno reso il mio soggiorno davvero piacevole e impeccabile. Ottima la posizione dell’Hotel proprio vicino alla zona pedonale e che dispone di camere ampie e con terrazzo. Pulizia eccellente. Pasti con porzioni abbondanti e prodotti di qualità, ottima la varietà e nota di merito per il servizio con carrello per la scelta dei piatti. Le ragazze della reception sempre sorridenti e disponibili. Ho trascorso davvero un bel soggiorno, altamente consigliato, sicuramente io ci ritornerò.

Sono 4 anni che vado in questo hotel per fare i fanghi tutto perfetto mangiare ottimo, cameriere tutti gentilissimi, impiegata Valentina competente ti risolve se può tutti i problemi, reparto terme bravissima la Eleonora, pulizie perfette,stanza 412 necessità di alcune manutenzioni l'acqua nella doccia arriva calda dopo 10 minuti,il riscaldamento funziona solo nel bagno,le critiche sono costruttivi per i proprietari noo Contestazione

Pessima esperienza, unico voto positivo alla stanza tripla e alla posizione centrale. Abbiamo cenato durante il giorno di Natale, non so se i cuochi e il personale fossero stanchi dal servizio al pranzo ma abbiamo "gustato";cibi sicuramente riscaldati e di poca cura. La pastasciutta di mia figlia era durissima, lo stesso il tonno e la bistecca di tacchino. Prezzo esagerato per il servizio dato e per la struttura ricettiva in toto. A prezzi uguali se non inferiori ho soggiornato ad Abano in hotel nettamente migliori. Purtroppo abbiamo trovato disponibilità solo qui. Ora so il perché.

Da anni vengo in questo albergo molto pulito ed accogliente. La cucina non è mai stata il punto forte ma passabile Questa volta però si è toccato il fondo Primi immangiabili ,carne dura e stopposa, antipasti imbarazzanti vedi la fettina di pomodoro con sopra una sottilette Così non va bene
