The park and attractions are great and the family had a great time during daily activities. At night however, that's when the nightmare began. First, when we walked into the room to leave the luggage (around 18:00 hrs. local time) we noticed that there were a LOT of mosquitoes in the room; the room was also extremely hot (32 deg. C). So I turned the AC on to cool the room and learned that the AC did not work. When we returned to the room two hrs. later, we were not just accosted by the 100ds of mosquitoes but were sweating our butts of due to the heat. Called management to see what could be done, get another room or something; but we were told there was nothing they could do. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

First of all i loved it. It was clean!!! We got room 412 it had the view of the pool. The pool was warm which was good because when we went it was windy.The thing that could change is that they don’t let you eat on the pool so we had to go eat somewhere else. We loved it very much. We would go there again.

todas sus instalaciones estan muy limpias, el servicio de la gente que trabaja es muy gentil, las albercas increíbles y Francisco el animador en las albercas super divertido y amable. he quedado mas que satisfecha y recomiendo al 100 el hotel

Es un buen lugar,limpio cómodo tranquilo, el único con jacuzzi además de albercas .el personal es atento y te brindan apoyo en lo que necesitas.Tienen tubos de soporte en los baños para adultos mayores o personas que lo necesitan, y y tienen sillas de ruedas que te prestan sin costo extra y eso muy pocos hoteles lo tienen y nosotros lo agradecemos. Los baños son amplios, aunque por la necesidad de mi papá me gustaría que en el área de la regadera no fuera de cristal y que las camas fueran menos altas. Realmente disfrutamos ir tenemos años de conocerlo desde niña me llevaba mis padres ahora los llevamos.

Un lugar súper tranquilo, fui en domingo y no me tocó mucha gente, el tobogán hoyo ***** súper recomendado 👍👍👍 la comida que venden está rica y no es tan cara, hay mucha variedad tanto adultos como niños y muchísimo espacio para instalarse, $230 entrada adulto $130 niños pasando los 90 cm de altura

Mala experincia despues de tantos años de conocer este lugar llega una nueva administracion a regarla toda, solo quieren ganar ellos y los huespedes que ganamos nada, la calida y limpieza por los suelos pero eso si cobran como si fuera un resort todo incluido ni siquiera habren el restaurant oara comer bien creen que con su snack uno estara bien.

El Hotel es muy comodo y sirve para el relax por la temperatura de sus albercas. Una alberca infantil con tobogan, un jacuzzi y una alberca principal fueron suficientes para mi familia. Fuimos al balneario pero nos regresamos al hotel por que estaba lleno de gente y las albercas estaban muy sucias y la gente deja mucha basura hasta en las albercas. A mi se me hicieron caros los alimentos, pero no son del todo malos. Habitaciones comodas. Si regresaría pero solo al hotel.

Es un lugar de descanso formidable el personal es muy atento. es una excelente opción para disfrutar de aguas termales y el jacuzzi es lo mejor . Aunque haya habitaciones para personas adultas que requieren de apoyo principalmente en el baño parece que no son suficientes .La última vez que fuimos nos dieron en el 1 piso.
