This is a very nice hotel, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the beds are comfortable, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. Especially the warm service of the young lady at the front desk makes people feel warm. The hotel also provided a rich buffet, which made me relax. This was my first time visiting Songpan and as a foreigner, I was super grateful and thankful for the service and hospitality at Songpan No.1 courtyard. Zeng went above and beyond to help me as I didn’t speak any Chinese, she helped me (with the help of a translation app), with transportation, activities and fun bicycle ride to the bus stop. Without Zeng, it would have been difficult to navigate in/out of the city and being a solo traveller, Zeng made sure to check-in. I highly recommend foreigners to stay at this accomodation. As for the hotel- it is situated in the ancient city. There are restaurants/ shops all within walking distance. The Songpan bus station is about 10min walk. The building itself is heritage but it is new and modern on the inside. The room was spacious and clean. It is a smart room- talks to you when you enter and smart bathroom too. Bed was super comfy, plush and new, perfect after a long hike. Thank you again Zeng and the hotel team. Will never forget your kindness.
