The room was not clean.
This was politely flagged. It was not corrected. After face to face reporting at the desk twice and then online to the survey with no improvement over 3 days I gave up. I couldn’t stay there again.
Covered in other people’s hair. Dirty splotches on TV, bedside table, and food stuck on ironing board. Chair was coated in hair and food crumbs until day 2. Carpet was not vacuumed prior to or during our stay. All in, it was a pretty grotty experience that I’m looking forward to putting behind me.
Car parking is good. Staff were friendly on check in. Breakfast and dinner food was fine. That’s about all I can add that’s positive.

Never again weekend from hell . The only thing I like was Starbucks, no heating working , moved 3 times . Rooms cold . Dirty restaurant, food very poor . Could go on but manager seems to think this is except able. All I can say won’t be back . Got plenty of photos of how bad it is . Don’t waste your money .
