We had an excellent stay at this quiet hotel. Every part of the building that we saw was impeccably clean and very comfortable, the service was both smooth and friendly, the food very good, and the cost - on a Sunday night - was incredibly low. If you are thinking of a mini-break to Aberdeen and are prepared to go a few miles out of the city centre, I'd fully recommend this hotel.

Didn't get a twin room and sofa bed had no bedding available other than a mattress cover that didn't fit and a stained duvet. Room felt damp and mould growing in corner. Staff were very good. Breakfast only available and meals only available next door at To bus carvery which was mediocre at best. Were there for a hospital appointment.

Booked meal deal, when arrived at restaurant they had no booking for it, had to wait while they went to reception to check. No phone signal in the area, wifi not working, checked with reception and told its been the same for a while, as a business traveller this is very bad, to top it off tv remote broken, overall, rubbish

Had an great stay here after driving up and working in Aberdeen. Facilities were great. Pillows and bed were super comfy. Had a great night sleep with no noise or any issues. Receptionist was very welcoming as well. My only complaint was the bar wasn't open and the nearest one was a 20 minute walk away which is a shame because I do like a pint after a long day at work. I get restaurants can close early due to no customers being in but maybe check with hotel staff to see if any more guests are checking in and leave the bar open, maybe? Other than that, had a great stay.

Selected this hotel due to locality and quality of brand name, which I usually recommend to others. Having booked on the day, I didn’t have choice of room, which was an accessible room, and was informed on arrival that I had the last room available due to a cancellation. Spacious, ground floor room, very low, kingsize bed. Unfortunately it was very firm and not like Premier inn’s usual quality . I’ve always had a great sleep whenever I’ve stayed, that was the main reason for selecting this hotel, as I could have booked elsewhere for half the price. After very poor sleep I looked forward to starting the day with a full cooked breakfast but on entering dining room at 09.55am I was informed breakfast finished at 10am. I pointed out that the information in the room showed breakfast ended at 10:30am and was informed by the staff member that the information was still to be updated. No one on reception to speak to when I left but money for breakfast was refunded. Area outside was littered with empty beer cans therefore unsightly. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this particular Premier Inn .

This hotel was fantastic! The room was spotless and had a great shower, the staff were super friendly and attentive, and the small breakfast room was lovely. Only small downside the WiFi was a bit slow at times. Highly recommended to everyone!

With premier inn you always get a consistent experience which is why we ofter use them. In Aberdeen we had a good night sleep, good breakfast, great shower, and plenty of parking. If trying to get there using a sat nav or Google maps I would suggest putting in Toby carvery socket hat, as when using the premier inn address we were taken to a location behind the hotel rather than the car park!

Having read the poor reviews (I always do- there are tons of good ones though) I was apprehensive about this hotel. I needn't have worried. The reception area was clean and the receptionist was helpful and professional. Our room was lovely and clean, bathroom gleaming. The only negative was the lack of seating in the room. Only one chair, so one of us had to sit propped up on the bed. It didn't bother us, but we did notice that there was only one pillow each. Contrary to other reviews, the car park area was not dirty and uninviting. The only detritus was fallen leaves being blown about. Additionally, we went to the Toby Carvery for a drink. There was football on one screen in the bar (with the sound low), and we didn't notice other screens . There were other people in the bar, but we didn't get bad vibes from anybody, and the bar staff were lovely. All in all, a very good stay.
