Excellent guest house just off the seafront. Good size rooms which are tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Car park across the road. Short walk into town so perfect location. I have stayed here 5 times in the last couple of months while working in Aberystwyth and would definitely stay again. First class accommodation.

Excellent location, host very welcoming and accommodating, quiet at night. We were in room 7 which offered a kitchenette (very well equipped). Great view of town, steps to the ocean front promenade and a short walk to shops and services. Would definitely recommend.

This is a fantastic Guesthouse in a super location 200m from the seafront. Rooms super spacious and immaculate in presentation. Easy and cheap car park opposite the hotel and a fantastic sea walk of 2 minutes to the centre. Lots of great bars and restaurants in easy walking distance so a perfect location.

11 out of 10. One of the best I have stayed in. Near too everything, spotless, cannot fault this place and always difficult to book because there always full. Every time we venture to Aberystwyth this Is the first place we try and book. Well done guy's.

Such a fantastic hotel with such a homely feel to it. We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel! Central location with a car park opposite. About 10 second walk to the sea front and then about 5/10 min walk to the centre. The hotel was also very clean. The staff were very friendly and happy to help! Thank you Gareth, we will definitely be back!

Comfortable and no hassle picking up keys. The room (room 3) was spacious and really homely. Also up the road from all the sites and 2 minutes from the beach. My room also had a sea view. Highly recommend and hope to visit again, Thank you! Paul.

Three friends & I stayed in the top floor apartment. The apartment was extremely clean, roomy and exceeded our expectations. Gareth was an amazing host and the whole building had been done to a brilliant and classy standard. The location is awesome! We were able to walk everywhere without issue and leave the car all weekend. The recommendations for places to eat in Aber were also all fantastic! I will definitely be back. Thanks Gareth :-)

Stayed for two nights. Great location as near the sea front. Lovely room with breakfast off site at a hotel around the corner. Any problems I had were dealt with speedily, efficiently and with good humour. Highly recommend.
