Excellent guest house just off the seafront. Good size rooms which are tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Car park across the road. Short walk into town so perfect location. I have stayed here 5 times in the last couple of months while working in Aberystwyth and would definitely stay again. First class accommodation.

Such a fantastic hotel with such a homely feel to it. We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel! Central location with a car park opposite. About 10 second walk to the sea front and then about 5/10 min walk to the centre. The hotel was also very clean. The staff were very friendly and happy to help! Thank you Gareth, we will definitely be back!

Comfortable and no hassle picking up keys. The room (room 3) was spacious and really homely. Also up the road from all the sites and 2 minutes from the beach. My room also had a sea view. Highly recommend and hope to visit again, Thank you! Paul.

Three friends & I stayed in the top floor apartment. The apartment was extremely clean, roomy and exceeded our expectations. Gareth was an amazing host and the whole building had been done to a brilliant and classy standard. The location is awesome! We were able to walk everywhere without issue and leave the car all weekend. The recommendations for places to eat in Aber were also all fantastic! I will definitely be back. Thanks Gareth :-)

Stayed for two nights. Great location as near the sea front. Lovely room with breakfast off site at a hotel around the corner. Any problems I had were dealt with speedily, efficiently and with good humour. Highly recommend.

This is a convenient location in the heart of Aberystwyth. Rooms are large. Stairs to get to all rooms. No breakfast served on the premises but many breakfast choices within an easy walk. There is no one at the desk for much of the day.

Easy to find and keys were left inside the front porch. Parking across the road was straightforward (and cheap for 24 hours). Good location, close to sea and town. Bed and facilities only average to be honest. The seagulls and pigeons are quite noisy if you like to sleep with the window open....

Check in was contactless, smooth and easy. The key was waiting for us as arranged. Although food wasn’t provided there were plenty of good options we’ll within walking distance. The area was quiet and and the b and b was just a short walk to the beach. The carpark across the road was very convenient and cheap.
