Ramada by Wyndham Abu Dhabi Corniche

The front desk is tiny, and so is the lobby. The Starbucks in the lobby is actually bigger than the front desk. I had to wait for a room inspection before checking out, which is something I haven't experienced in many years. The bathroom is really old-fashioned. The hairdryer and magnifying mirror are installed incredibly high – you'd need to be at least 180cm tall to use them comfortably. And to top it off, there were mosquitoes at night! I barely got any sleep.

The hotel has a great location with plenty of dining options nearby and a supermarket. It's also a convenient 10-15 minute drive to the main attractions. They offer complimentary valet parking, which is a big plus. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are huge. My only minor complaint is that they don't provide slippers or toiletries.

Stayed at Ramada again on my way back. The receptionist told me she'd given me a 'sweet room,' and when we saw it, my kid shrieked with delight! We'd been upgraded to a suite. It was a really sweet check-in memory.

Booked a sea-view room with windows on two sides. The room was quite spacious, and they added an extra bed, which was very convenient for a family of three. There's a great fried chicken place not far downstairs, so dining was also super easy. It's not a long taxi ride to the Louvre, and there's a direct bus to Ferrari World. The beach is only about a ten-minute walk away, perfect for watching the sunset.
