The hotel has a gorgeous view! Or maybe I just got lucky. Breakfast was decent, with a good variety to choose from. The location worked well for me. I had a 15-hour layover and managed to get some sleep, do some work, and explore the city's main attractions.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around by taxi. Choosing the half-board option (breakfast and dinner included) saved a lot of time looking for places to eat. There are many dining options available, a barbershop downstairs, and the hotel also has a swimming pool and gym. Overall, the experience was great.

Honestly, whether you add it or not, it's more expensive than all other hotels. This hotel is under the W Hotels brand, but it's a bit more on the low-end side. Generally speaking, there are no major issues, but nothing really stands out either. The room is quite spacious, which makes it feel less cramped.

Facilities: The lobby is on the L floor and features a Dine restaurant area and a self-service bar. There's a heated swimming pool and a BBQ bar on the 5th floor. Cleanliness: Very clean with attention to detail. Environment: The exhibition center is opposite the parking lot downstairs, and the hotel is very close to the Grand Mosque. If you're driving, there's a Carrefour just a five-minute drive away. Service: I'd say it was just okay. No one helped with my luggage upon check-in. The front desk was helpful in changing my king room to a double queen room, but the room was directly opposite the elevator, making it very noisy. The soundproofing in the room was poor; I was woken up several times each night over three nights by doors closing.

Overall, the hotel is decent. We stayed here overnight during transit. The rooftop restaurant was closed for a special event. The breakfast buffet was neither better nor worse than in other hotels. We booked a room with two separate beds, but we were given a connecting room. The soundproofing with the adjacent room was very poor, but at least the beds were wide.
