Park Arjaan by Rotana Abu Dhabi

I stayed here on a business trip, and I was impressed with the facilities in the room. It was well-equipped with a washing machine, microwave, and other essential appliances, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel also offers a dish cleaning service, which I absolutely loved—it really added to the comfort of my stay. The staff did cleaning the room daily, and everything was spotless. Overall, a fantastic experience with excellent service.

I really wold to say the the housekeeping staff on the 10 floor is extremely respectful and extremely kind. They always greet me when they see me, specifically Ms. Jeba and Mr. Pyo. Both of them always do an exceptional job cleaning my apartment.

We’ve really enjoyed our stay in Park Rotana. Hotel staff were very friendly, disciplined and trained. Specially my baby really enjoyed and made friends here. We would like to mention “Sangeeta” our housekeeping lady she is wonderful, so welcoming and professional.She used to take care of everything like cleaning, changing sheets, kitchen cleaning everything. My daughter was very fond of sangeeta. Supervisor “Jeba”and other staff also who have been on rotational shifts with us they all have been wonderful and helpful. We are satisfied with your wobderful hospitality. We were worried that how are we going to stay in a hotel for almost 2 months, but your hotel made sure that we don’t miss our home back. Thank you for everything we will really miss you all and hope we come back again some day.

The service from the staff was excellent. They wre very friendly and ensured my room was always kept to a high standard. I was a very long way from home and away from my family but my stay was made a very comfortable stay. Keep up the fantastic work.

Excellent room services sangita and Jeba we are staying 10 days i feel like home this hotel this is first time visit to Park Arjaan sangita she is cleaning room very clean . Front desk also very kind joshna warm welcoming thanks to all i will come again
