Novotel Abu Dhabi Al Bustan

Great place to stay in Abu Dhabi! The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location, nice pool and breakfast — overall a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

The best hotel i have stayed in abu dhabi after trying several hotels in abu dhabi.

Decent stay, but doesn’t fully feel like a 4-star The hotel has the basics covered and my stay was generally okay, but it doesn’t fully live up to what you’d expect from a 4-star property. Customer handling could be more attentive, interiors feel dated, and cleanliness needs more consistency. Amenities and supplies should be available proactively rather than only when requested. Overall, it works for a short stay, but it lacks the polish and service quality you’d expect from a true 4-star hotel.

The hotel is nice and the staff is accomodating. Just try to improve the food as there are only limited options to choose from.

Not my first time at the hotel. I love going there and its an easy drive from Al Ain. I always enjoy the pool area. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. But this time I was a bit disappointed. The room kettle has rust inside, thus having a hot beverage in the room was not an option. But my biggest irritation is that they decided not to have coffee sachets in the room. So now I must call room service for coffee. 1. Room service dont answer 2. Called reception for coffee 3. Coffee arrived cold 4. This would be the cherry on the cake. I had to pay 22aed for the coffee. So next time I must travel with half my kitchen for a coffee in my room. Its is totally not feasible for a couple to have to spend that much for a room coffee and its not common sense....an arab country and no coffee in the room.
