It was normal not as expected because while I’m making the reservation I made a special request to them that it’s my wife birthday and it’s our anniversary so if they can do some arrangements and once I reach there for the check in they don’t even read that then I told them it’s my wife birthday if they will do something about it the guy said that there will be a small piece of cake sent to our room which I don’t mind but sadly they didn’t even send that one as well so it’s really sad when you expect something from them but in the end they don’t even read your request

They gave me deferent room than one whichi selectec during booking I requested to be away from elevator the room was near elevator and the request and not follow my requirements which I placed during my booking the receptionist let me wait for 45 minutes to get my room

I had a wonderful stay at Jannah Burj Al Sarab with my mother. We truly enjoyed our time here.
The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh food, so there was something for everyone.
I would also like to express my sincere thanks to the lovely ladies at M Spa for the amazing Thai massage. It was a truly relaxing and professional experience.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. If I visit Abu Dhabi again, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!
