Staff are Help full. Check-in time they asked for king size bed but when i enter room seeing Twin bed then i go back and tell them and they said sorry FOR that which is fine then they assign 802 ok its also strugling on AC nice and good and mid night we noticed they make King size bed with twins 🤭🤭

There was no ac in the room and you have to ask multiple times for the water and dental kit! Horrible experience

The room was great, and the price was very reasonable. The bathroom was also good. The location is decent, with a Chinese supermarket and a small Chinese restaurant not too far away. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and even upgraded me to a suite for free. It was a really pleasant experience overall.

Very basic, quite old hotel. Only worth considering for an overnight stay if the price is acceptable. Breakfast is very basic and not of good quality.

Pathetic service, and the breakfast was not up to their standards it was a nightmare to choose this hotel to be honest I am quite shocked to see how it got an 8.5 reputation, there was no lifeguard actively monitoring the pool, the pool was not well maintained and although the location is good, unfortunately that is where the positive things end my washroom door was broken and they didn't even provide washroom slippers and toothbrush we had to tell them to bring the stuff, dissappointed

This is a very busy hotel, located very conveniently from the madinat zayed shopping centre. The room was ok but the carpet needs updating in my opinion. It has a roof top swimming pool with gym and sauna. Staff are very friendly and helpful and I generally had a pleasant stay.
