Got a free upgrade to a suite, but experience was dampened by discovery of a cockroach. Reported to housekeeping thereafter and they took immediate steps to clean and disinfect the room, and the stay was uneventful thereafter.
Also appreciate the staff effort to follow up when we were checking out but her request for a rating can be viewed as being pushy.
Location was good, near a mall with eateries and hypermart, and a few bus stops.

Generally it was fine, the rooms are pretty decent, the only thing that is disturbed us very much is door slamming on the same floor. No matter how you try not to slam the door it's still makes a lot of noise and for example at night I couldn't sleep and woke up few times very frustrated. Fortunately for us the manager give us an upgrade to a studio where the door slamming had been heard much less.

I choose cristal beacause it is close to the center only. It is a bit old. With old furniture and dusty carpit. . It is not clean. And i found yellow spots on the bed sheet which was disgusting . I think this will be my last time in cristal.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in when I went abroad. The service in this hotel is simply rubbish.
