Overall, my stay was great and I'd definitely recommend it.
**Location:** The hotel is centrally located, right by a subway entrance, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions and shopping areas.
**Facilities:** The room was clean and tidy, with modern decor. The bedding was comfortable, and I slept really well. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and there was plenty of hot water.
**Service:** The front desk staff were very welcoming, and check-in was efficient. They were also quick to respond whenever I had an issue.
**A small suggestion:** It would be perfect if the in-room Wi-Fi signal were a bit stronger. I would consider staying here again!

Far from the center, but literally right by a bus stop. Clean, cozy, and inexpensive. The room has everything you need. The soundproofing is a bit weak though.

The stay was decent considering the price, but I believe there are better options available in the same range. The rooms were noticeably small, especially if you are traveling with multiple bags or planning a longer stay. One thing that was disappointing was the lack of luggage assistance service, which would have been helpful during check-in and check-out.
On the positive side, the location is convenient, with plenty of markets, cafes, and restaurants nearby, making it easy to find food and basic necessities. The pool area was good and well-maintained, but it was quite crowded because of the holiday season, so it was difficult to fully relax and enjoy the facilities.
Another downside was that basic toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided in the room. When we requested them, the staff informed us that they were available only at an extra charge, which was unexpected for a hotel stay. Overall, the experience was average not bad, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of service and room comfort.

I really like the location, the hotel rooms are nice, the bed is comfy, the staff are nice. The cleaning lady is also great. But, the room AC smells of mold. They moved me to a new room when I asked, but the new room also smelled of mold when the AC is on in that one too. My air quality monitor showed the RH at above 65% the entire stay, which explains why the AC smells moldy. Also, the CO2 monitor has the room clocking in at 1300 if you don't open the window. This is ok but not ideal (it's supposed to be under 1,000). They need to take a hard look at their AC system. But it was quiet, pleasant staff, great location, premium room furniture and bed.
