Musada Luxury Hotels and Suites

The location of the hotel is excellent, and safety is guaranteed, this is very important for my business trip. The staffs are nice, the breakfast is decent. Can’t find the pool though it was claimed there’s a pool. Electricity is stable for the most of time. Internet quality is somehow compromising. I suggests the management can pay more attention to the room facility maintenance, such as the toilet the basin the rack. But the clubbing music noise around 11pm to 3am is a big minus, though according to the r staffs they can do nothing since the noise is from the street. But still it is a nice and comfortable place to stay for business trip.

The wifi was very bad, I had to ask them to change the room for me. And I had to ask 5 times before they actually did it. Kept saying there is issue with wifi service even if I change the room it will not make any difference. If you need iron your cloths they don’t have it they can only send your cloths to laundry to get it done.

Good service and nice location . We will coming back next time.

Nice hotel with mostly friendly staff who smile and make you feel welcome. Rooms are ok with comfy bed and hot shower. WiFi also fast enough. One thing need to stop doing is making you feel like some kind of villain on the way out by insisting to check not stolen anything from the room!! Jeez….Don’t also insist all hotels do it (they don’t) and if going to do it, better make sure a list present for what in the room when arrive!!!

Amazing stay. Premium facilities and clean rooms. Second time I am staying here in a year on visiting Nigeria. Great experience, lovely menu, reception staff need improving attitude (but that's a management issue), very comfortable rooms. Breakfast menu also needs upgrading. I highly recommend.

The pictures need updated to reflect the wear of the hotel. It is not a luxury hotel. There is considerable building going on around the facility so it is very nosey. It is a Muslim property so praying occurs every 3-4 hours and is loud.

Not impressed Staff were accommodating and the chief put in extra effort to make items that we were told were not available, staff also got my shirt laundered for me before my flight the next day. However good the service was, the rooms are tightly put together, small, but comfortable. The hotel is over priced for the size of the rooms. Breakfast is a joke, not much there. The manager gave me his word on processing a payment to a provider for me at a cost, I paid them the sum and the transaction was supposed to be completed 2 days later, but it was not. 3 days later I called the manager and he told me it would be done end of day that day. Shortly later he called me and said it will be done the following week, 5 days later! They are holding my money and not moving it to the person it needed to go to because they said they had to wait for their book keeper. This is not professional.
