When it snows, the patio in the middle is particularly beautiful. Then during the day, when you open the curtains, the outside is white and the light reflected into the house is also very soft. Because the color tone of the room is gray and warm gray, the only thing is that the lighting does not feel bright enough at night. When cooking and eating in the room, the light does not feel sufficient. Although the breakfast is similar every day, each category has high quality. I stayed for five consecutive days and did not get tired of it. Bread and butter can still be eaten. The biggest feature of the hotel should be the service. 24-hour Chinese, and there is a free shuttle bus that only needs to be booked one day in advance to go to the two supermarkets in the town. The restaurants nearby are very delicious. One day I wanted to go to the little red dot to buy stickers. Uber couldn't get a taxi at all, so I asked the hotel to help call a taxi. It's a flat rate, 300 RMB for a 3km round trip, so it's so convenient that the hotel provides free car service.

The hotel service is slightly inferior to other Ritz. When the hotel helped to pick up the car from the garage, the cab was covered with snow. It is very comfortable to take a dip after skiing during the day. The toiletries are also Aesop and Dyson hair dryers. There is also a paid private hot spring facing Mt. Yotei. The weather was not good for a few days, so I didn’t experience it. I saw the photos online and they are very impressive. Breakfast: Semi-buffet style, choose a main dish + buffet. There are not many dishes and they are not updated every day. It is slightly inferior. In terms of service, the hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off services from nearby stations for check-in and check-out. You need to send an email to the hotel in advance to make a reservation. Free pick-up and drop-off is also provided within the town of Hirafu during your stay. Basically, it is Alpha pick-up, which is a plus. ski: It is right next to the ski resort, and it is very convenient to slide in and out. There is a ski equipment hall on the first floor, and each room is equipped with a ski storage cabinet. There is also a ski equipment rental service and a ski school.

This is a hotel which look like from the 80s of last century. The location is very nice which is situated in the front of the lake. Apart from that, everything looks so old. The room which I stayed was big bu which is on the first floor close the the onsen and public toilet. Some people always talk outside so that the room is not quiet all the time. The window of this room is facing the lake. However, due to the privacy, a lot of plants blocking the view of people walking pass the room. It makes the room a little dark and no view. Moreover, the aren't enough plug for charging device too.

The experience was great. The location of the hotel is super convenient for family like ourselves. It takes little time to access both Annapuri and Hirafu. We didn't have enough time to try the slopes at Niseko Village though. The hotel is clean, and sufficient, since we spend most of the time in town / on slopes. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful and make sure the information we got from them are accurate. I think this is very important. The hotel has its own hot spring and spa facilities which are bonus. It gives us a chance to relax after hitting the slopes for all day. Breakfast was great, variety was extensive, but it gets a little boring after 5 days eating the same food. The flavors were great and spot on though, no complains on the taste-side.

Big accommodation, easy to find Parking is a waste of money, not good here.

Great stay if one has a relatively generous budget $$ to experience Japanese hospitality, a slightly more luxurious feel of a holiday. Hospitality, housekeeping, sauna, and the buffet dinner was excellent! Views from the rooms looking out into Lake Toya was also no doubt magnificent! Great views across the lake for avid joggers in the morning!

The view on Lake Toya from the hotel was spectacular. We were lucky to have witnessed the cloud sea and sunrise. From the other angle, we could see the full view of Mt Yotei, also known as Hokkaido Fuji. There are few restaurants in the hotel, including the Japanese, Chinese, French, and the Italian. There was also good onsen in the hotel, both idoor and outdoor. We will definitely come back to stay again in the future.
