Забронировали в отель с 3 по 4 января. Приехали в 1 час ночи 4 января. Ехали из Нижнего Новгорода, очень устали. Нас встретила женщина с претензиями, что мы с… такие ночью приперлись, раз удили. Потребовала оплатить 1000 рублей за ПОЗДНИЙ ЗАЕЗД! Я ей ответила, что я заплачу ей 1000, если она вычтет половину стоимости суток, которые мы не проживали. Она ответила, что мы можем приехать в любое время, это наша проблема. Но нужно заплатить за то, что мы поздно заехали. Что выезжать нужно было раньше. Я была в шоке от такой наглости! Номер стоил в сутки 31500, предоплата была оплачена. Я к такому отношению и бреду не привыкла, поэтому развернулась и ушла. Далее мы ночью заехали еще в несколько отелей, где нас приветливо приняли и очень внимательно отнеслись. В одном из них мы купили такого же плана номер, но с вежливым персоналом, без глупостей (как плата за позднее заселение), с лояльным отношением ко всем просьбам. Вот из-за таких сотрудников бизнесмены теряют прибыль и клиентов! Заселились мы в Актив Горки, а заезжали еще в Aldego. Оба рекомендую!

Все по порядку. Нас было много, жили и в Таунхаусе и в гостинице. 1. Постельное белье самое лучшее что доводилось встречать в гостиницах... и дома, если честно, постелька и полотенца сильно проще... это очень порадовало, теперь такое домой хочется :) 2. Гостишка уставшая, но чистейшая и все функционирует... и главное кровати и диваны новые, и такое же дорогое постельное белье и полотенца как в дорогом Таунхаусе (а стоимость номера в гостинице просто в разы дешевле!). Почему это пишу - потому что Таунхаусы просто БОМБИЧЕСКИЕ! Там все новое, дорогое, удобное! Мы и там были и там... администратор говорит каждый выбирает "кому что нужно и кому что по карману". Нам выбирать не пришлось, мы взяли что было свободно. Я не думала что в сентябре такой ажиотаж... хотя видимо погода хорошая и цены приемлемые (вообщето цены даже дешевые, но думаю они их поднимут) 3. Мы напросились на завтраки (я лично в Таунхаусе жил, там завтраки не предусмотрены :( ), ну как напросились... нам их продали. А те, кто жил в гостинице получали завтраки "бесплатно" - у них входило в стоимость. Завтраки очень вкусные и сытные, мы так готовить ленились по утрам. Приедем зимой, посмотрим что по цене будет

Хороший отель для семьи. Чисто и аккуратно. Жили с ребенком неделю. Убираются в номерах через 2 дня, по просьбе дополнительно заходят с уборкой. Постельное белье и полотенца белые новые. Завтраки были очень сытные и разнообразные, для сына подошли отлично, так как он без каши с утра не может. Предупредили кухню, что не едим свинину, нам на завтрак отдельно давали курочку. На кухне подстроились под нас, спасибо отелю. До горнолыжки добраться легко, ходит такси за 150р, подъезжает через 5 минут после вызова. Можно на своей машине. Автобусами бесплатными не пользовались. Есть отличный зоопарк поблизости, рекомендую посетить. Парковка у отеля своя, бесплатная. Отдельно хочу отметить баню - новая красивая с глубоким бассейном. Отдельное спасибо персоналу Лене и Любе, помогли сориентироваться и подстраивались под наши просьбы.
