В разрез только положительным отзывам, хочу оставить свой очень негативный!((( За месяц забронировали номер с джакузи, очень хотелось отметить день рождение в джакузи с бокалом шампанского, но не случилось! Джакузи в первый день не работало, на второй день вроде отремонтировали, но вода еле теплая была и горячее не сделать - объема водогрейки не хватает. При заселении поразил сильный запах канализации, который нас сопровождал весь отдых. В номере есть чайник, но отсутствуют чашки. Администраторы не понятно для чего сидят, никак не пытаются решить проблему и урегулировать конфликт (не относится к Алёне). Не проверяется готовность номера перед заселением (отсутствовали полотенца для рук, валялась забытая тряпка на полке), не проверяется работоспособность оборудования в номере (не работающее джакузи), не контролируется наличие мест на завтраке и вообще наличие еды на общем столе (завтрак в разгаре, а еды нет). Несколько раз упомянули, что у нас день рождение - никто так и не поздравил. За доставленные неудобства из-за джакузи, предложили бесплатно посещение бани, мы согласились - но на следующий день администратор Татьяна, всё отменила, сказала что джакузи нам отремонтировали, а значит платите! А как же испорченный день рождение - в джакузи не посидели с шампанским, вода была холодная, полдня в номере были посторонние люди, ремонтировали джакузи. В общем впечатление осталось очень неприятное, хотя до этого нам здесь нравилось, больше и сами не приедем, и другим не посоветуем!!!
