Horrible huimos del lugar el hotel es bonito agradable pero la recepción es súper sucia la recepcionista es displicente los sillones caen de mugre, la piscina tiene las lozas rotas y los bordes de la piscina rotos las habitaciones son amplias pero los vidrios sucios y lo peor en la habitación había un raton enorme lastima el área del río muy descuidada obvio hui del lugar lo bueno me devolvieron el dinero sin problema

Estuve 4 días en Semana Santa. Las instalaciones están bien ubicadas, cuenta con infraestructura adecuada (piscinas, restaurante, entorno agradable frente al río Acacías), pero considero que no le han puesto cuidado suficiente a su manteniento. También deben mejorar el servicio de restaurante tipo buffet y diversificar el servicio a la carta. Solo me gustó el un pescado en salsa al monseñor, pero la porción fue muy poca (alrededor de 150 gramos).
