Our stay was going wonderfully, it has a good view, the location almost met the 3 B's, however when we requested 1 extra night they denied it with the excuse that they no longer had a room available as they were all already full, we contacted our travel agent so that helped us find a hotel for 1 more night since we were leaving in the early morning, the agent told us that why were we not staying in the same one, so we told him that they had told us that there was no longer availability to which he told us that that was It was a lie since he was aware that there were still rooms available, the hotel's official website still showed availability, which we do not understand because they did not want to give us an extra night and more than anything it was for our baby, all the rooms have at least 1 chair which never arrived during our stay, breakfast is the same every day Chilaquiles, egg and elbow soup, on the beach you have to pay a rent of $500 to have the right to palapa or otherwise consume upstairs of that amount, from the beginning they told us that it was not allowed to bring pets, which again they themselves did not comply with since we saw several guests with dogs. For my part, I am not against simply that they are even, I do not understand if it is a hotel intended for the majority For social security workers, do not give us priority throughout the year, they invite you to stay there and this type of discrimination is not acceptable. I think I have found the ideal hotel but I cannot allow that they denied us a room. A friend went on Christmas Eve and Without a reservation, I arrived directly at the hotel in high season and found an available room. How is it possible that in January 2023, low season, they do not have availability? We love Acapulco, however, I will not return to this hotel. Oh, and finally, right next to the hotel there is a club.
