The service was surprisingly very good. The check-in process was also smooth. The room was very clean even though it was a little smaller than I expected. The restaurant downstairs outside the apartment was good and the food good. Overall, the service was above average.

If you’re planning a vacation in Ghana, steer clear of this hotel. Our stay was a nightmare from the start. After a grueling 24-hour journey, we arrived only to find our room wasn’t ready. We were made to wait in a smaller room for four hours, which wasn’t spacious enough for us to even open our suitcases.
The next morning was no better. We requested breakfast at 8am due to jet lag, but it didn’t arrive until 9:30am and was a huge letdown. The hotel blamed a third-party kitchen and promised improvements, but we were already fed up and decided to cancel our stay. While Trip was very supportive, the hotel’s constant delays and excuses led them to deny us a refund for the second day. They had the audacity to say it was because it was past 11am (check-out time) despite getting us into our room 4 hours late the previous day.
To make matters worse, this so-called ‘Luxury apartment’ lacked basic amenities: the bathroom had no hand towels, no place to put toiletries, and no soft lighting, and the geyser squeaked for a long while after using any hot water. Though Linda, the host, was kind and tried her best make us comfortable, the problems were clearly beyond her control. This place was far from the warm welcome to Ghana that we were expecting.

The Lennox Apartment is the perfect spot for both short and long business stay. From the fully fitted amenities to the ambiance and cleanliness of the environment, it is a lovely place to call home while on business or leisure for a few days.
Just 5 minutes from the airport, the location is perfect for business meetings within central accra and other environs. The airport pick-up shuttle service is complentary, which saves you stress if arriving from outside Ghana.
There is a shop across the road that has a good supply of anything you might need immediately & they accept international cards.
The Elms restaurant at the apartment has good food, polite services, and a great ambiance. The meals are freshly made.
Security is top-notch. The location is quiet and easily accessible.The neatnesss of the apartment is also a big plus. Depending on the room you settle for, most have a balcony just incase you need some air to clear your thoughts.
All in all a good value for money and a great location.
