After arriving we were told that our booking could not be found and once it was found the hotel was full and they attempted to relocate us to another hotel and requesting that we pay for taxi trip… this was after 5 hours of hanging in the Hotel lobby and getting answers.
We had to follow up with Trip to intervene .

I just checked out and I am still very satisfied with my stay this time! The room is clean and tidy, both the bedding and the bathroom are very clean, and the cleaning staff cleans it in a timely manner. The environment of the entire hotel is quiet and comfortable, and every detail is taken care of, making people feel very relaxed. The service attitude of the staff is worthy of praise. They are enthusiastic and thoughtful, solve problems quickly, and truly feel at home. Stayed in the room for 6 days. The air conditioner was facing the computer desk. Reported that the air conditioner would suddenly leak water for no reason, but it was never dealt with. The service was very poor. There were problems and they refused to communicate. The person in charge was perfunctory and had a bad attitude. The sanitation was not cleaned in time. The laptop was damaged due to the air conditioner leak. It was a very bad experience.
