My wife and I had the most wonderful stay at Villa Monticello. From the moment we landed in Accra, we were warmly greeted with an airport pickup that set the tone for the rest of our experience. Every detail of our stay was handled with care, and the hospitality was exceptional. Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and truly felt like a home away from home. The plush robes were a cozy touch, and the deep, spa-like bathtub quickly became a personal favorite—a perfect way to unwind. We treated ourselves to an in-room spa day, which was both relaxing and rejuvenating, adding an extra layer of luxury to our visit. The owners were incredibly personable and generous with their time, offering thoughtful city recommendations that made exploring Accra even more memorable. It’s rare to find such genuine care and warmth, and it made our stay feel extra special. To the entire team at Villa Monticello—thank you for your kindness, attention to detail, and for creating such a beautiful space. We left feeling cared for and truly refreshed. Beautiful accommodation, helpful and friendly staff, and the food…… Wow!!! Seriously the best prawns I’ve ever eaten and to top that, the best spicy prawns I’ve ever tasted. They have arranged and provided airport and inter-city transfers and transport for the 15 days that I’m here. 10 out of 10!!!!!

What a fantastic beautiful and well maintained Boutique Hotel. This is a homely relaxing place to stay, with great rooms (Lake Como) fantastic food and an amazing team of staff who couldn’t do enough to ensure your stay was the best. Thanks Team Monticello

The staff was very attentive.Room was very clean. I had a Swedish Massage from Sabina and it was so amazing I requested her a few hours later, to have a foot massage. The front desk was very responsive with all request made. The front desk also worked diligently when my credit card payment, since it was having a glitch, since I was out of the country.

5 out of 5 in service and location. I loved the experience and the proximity to key parts of town. I will surely be back. The ambiance is awesome, the gym is just right, for the size of the hotel, and serves the purpose. If outdoor running is your thing, got for it!!!

The staff are outstanding, front desk, bar/restaurant, housekeeping some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Good quality food and beverages. Hotel is situation in a very quiet area.

Excellent service, room and food was great ...location nested in a quiet area devoid of vehicular noise. House cleaning person - Christabel - was very pleasant and did a great job of cleaning without noise and on time. I would recommend staying at the location and would obviously come in again when I'm in Ghana.

I had a really great experience staying at Villa Monticello. The food servedwas good,and good selection as well. very clean and spacious rooms. You are welcomed by Friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located close to the international airport in Accra.
