Oh dear where do I start booked this place for a week. Checked out after two days it was dreadful the floor was not cleaned it was dirty.The beds was terrible my husbands bed was like sleeping on a brick my bed was wafer thin springs coming out but had the shock of my life when I removed the sheets i felt physically sick the mattress looked like they had got it from the local tip I think a tramp would refuse to sleep on it bar area could do with a deep clean and upgrade of furniture as you can tell we will never be returning I feel sorry for the people who have said how lovely it is , but oh well if that’s what they are use to I feel bad for them. it should be a minus two star. an elderly couple who stayed there looked like they had been eaten alive by bedbugs.

The room was clean and fresh cleaners where fantastic even folded up my t shirts on bed for me room was cleaned 3 times in the. Week the owner was welcoming and warm and the people I met there where great they are a group that go there every year which I thought tells you a lot about the place. You keep on going back. I am a solo traveler and felt at home so thanks for a great holiday I’ll be back.

Great value for money. The pool area was very clean and plenty of sunbeds no matter what time of day. The pool bar had a good selection or food and drink and at good prices. Rooms were very basic but good for what you pay. Less than 10 minute walk to the beach, bars and restaurants.

We had a lovely week at the Tzilios Studios. The family who run it and the staff working were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. The apartments are basic but very clean and the beds were comfy. We were on the top floor which allowed us amazing views. We loved waking up and looking over to Albania everyday. The pool is amazing and there were always enough sun loungers. The pool bar is great. A good selection of drinks and some tasty food too. We arrived past 10 pm and were welcomed with complimentary lemon cake. They said that they were still serving food so we had some pizzas. This was great as we were a bit worried about not having any dinner. The location is great. Short walk into town or down to the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants in town and on the seafront. We liked that it was a real town opposed to a resort town. It's on a busy road, but the noise didn't bother us at all. We were a bit worried about the pebble beach but it was great, as soon as you are in the water you have sand underfoot. Lots of bars/restaurants have sun loungers you can use if you buy something. This worked well for us and we ended up with a lot less sand everywhere compared to normal 'beach' holidays. We did a trip to Old Perithia and to the top of Mount Pantokrator, which was really enjoyable. Also hired a boat for a few hours in Roda and took it down to Sidari, which was lots of fun. Walked to Roda, which is took about 20 minutes. There is a sandy beach there and lots of bars and restaurants. We all said that we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!

Great wee hotel,had a late flight which was delayed a couple hours so everything was closed....so so grateful for the bottle of water which was left in room for us. Requested a ground floor as hubby walks with crutches which was granted. Rooms clean pool area lovely and food at bar was amazing. No complaints at all Brian and Hazel room 20

Lovely hotel, great value for money... huge swimming pool, very resonable prices at pool bar. Good food. Great location bars and restaurants on main street 10min walk (Alegria was exceptional mixed seafood plater and mixed meat plater amazing)... bars and resturants on the beach front 10/ 15 minutes away. Bus stop out the front 5min bus journey to rhoda. I suggest getting the ferry over to Albania and then catching a taxi over to ksimil lovely beaches. Sidara very beautiful too we spent the day there caught a taxi for 25euros.
