Location is near the morning market. Staff were really friendly. There is a communal footpath. There were also private onsens that you can book for a fee. Check-in is at 1pm and there is a free drinks section that opens till 9pm, which includes alcohol such as sake, beer and highballs.

Very beautiful ryokan in a great location with plenty of parking. They have a lounge area where you get as much drinks as you liked. We had a lovely room with an outdoor bath, couldn't feel any more pampered.

Maybe it was a mistake by the travel agency? Although we had children, everyone was listed as an adult, but they were able to change the meals at the last minute, which was very helpful.
It was a great trip that was kind to the children!

A hot spring hotel with renovated rooms. Great value for money! All the staff were very friendly and had a perfect attitude💯! After checking in, we rushed to watch the starry sky tour. The waiter in the restaurant arranged our dinner as soon as possible. We had a special meal with vegetarian requirements.

I was told that Hirugami Onsen is the best place to stay in Achi Village, where you can see the best starry sky in Japan. The inn was larger than I expected and had a spectacular garden surrounded by hallways and entrances. Everything from the receptionist to the employees I passed by made me feel very comfortable.
