Struttura storica e ben gestita, camere pulite, confortevoli e spaziose con bagni di livello. Note dolenti per quanto riguarda i servizi spa e benessere, servizi un po' datati e non al passo con i tempi.
Resta una bella esperienza da fare per relax.

Appena fuori dalla struttura delle terme scorre il Tronto. Si può scendere sul greto del fiume utilizzando una scala in ferro un po' precaria. L'acqua del fiume è pulitissima ed è e balneabile. Vale la pena scendere e fare un bagno nelle grotte di acqua. Per le grotte con l'acqua sulfurea bisogna aspettare che i lavori di sistemazione finiscano

Leggendo le precedenti recensioni, che non erano poi cosi positive, abbiamo deciso lo stesso di trascorrere un weekend presso questa struttura. Siamo due coppie in due camere matrimoniali Executive. Esperienza fantastica. Personale veramente professionale e gentile. Camera ok nonostante la mancanza di aria condizionata, sopperiva un buon ventilatore. Zona termale e SPA : OK Le 5 stelle vanno alla location, ma sopratutto il fatto di poter scendere dalla camera alle 2 del mattino e fare il bagno nelle cascate naturali adiacenti la struttura e la gentilissima signora che stava preparando la sala colazioni, che ci ha lasciato la porta socchiusa. Esperienza Fantastica che ripeteremo a breve. Grazie alla Direzione ed allo Staff.

Qualità prezzo ottima. Possibilità di usare la piscina termale e idromassaggio, compresi nel prezzo. Colazione e cena discrete, camere semplici ma complete di ogni necessità. Personale molto gentile e posizione ottima. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene

Il posto dove è collocato l'hotel è bellissimo ma purtroppo devo dire pessima esperienza...Ambienti poco curati, un po' desolati, in piena notte abbiamo dovuto cambiare la stanza perché invasa dai moscerini, qualità scarsa in generale. Spa discreta, personale gentilissimo.

Capitati per caso in tarda serata troviamo questo bellissimo hotel dopo numerosissimi vecchi hotel abbandonati dopo il terremoto del 2009 seppur ancora segnati. Arriviamo a la ragazza della stupenda reception ci accoglie con gentilezza. Ci da una bella stanza e ci indica un ristorante o due raggiungibili a piedi. Camere pulite e semplici, ascensore e corridoi con profumo di acque termali. A disposizione un solarium sul terrazzo esterno, con sdraio, ombrelloni e idromassaggio, la piscina con acqua termale e tubi per chi non sa nuotare e area relax interna al piano superiore luminosa e rilassante con giochi, libri, riviste. Colazione ottima e abbondante. La piscina non è nuovissima, ma è calda e piacevole e i prezzi sono decisamente più abbordabili di quelli degli hotel termali come Salsomaggiore. L'hotel è tra le montagne subito fuori dal centro del paesino, quindi in una zona super tranquilla.

Alcuni amici mi avevano parlato, molto bene, delle terme e dell'hotel. Allora io e mia moglie abbiamo deciso di fare questa esperienza mai fatta prima (terme). Pienamente soddisfatti della scelta fatta. Abbiamo trovato personale molto gentile, camere accoglienti e pulite. Il personale del reparto "fanghi" gentile e rassicurante. Il personale del ristorante cortese ed attento ad ogni richiesta. Cibo ottimo. Io e mia moglie soddisfattissimi della nostra scelta. Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie a tutti. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati.

Sono diversi anni che vengo qui per inalazioni ma quest'anno ho fatto per la prima volta la fangoterapia. Lo consiglio a tutti sono 45 minuti di relax e beneficio. Una menzione speciale va agli operatori, io Mi sono trovata benissimo grazie ad Agata, fantastica attenta dolce e sempre sorridente! Un lavoro, il loro, duro non immaginavo! Sono stata davvero coccolata, grazie Agata !!
