Hall includes access to front and back patios and a 2 person infrared sauna. Sleeping Arrangements for 8 or less guests Primary Suite: 1 queen & 1 full bed West Suite: 2 twinXL beds East Suite: 2 twinXL beds Wellness Hall: 1 queen & 1 twinXL bed The Bathrooms There are 2 bathrooms including a full bath (shower) right next door to the West & East Suites and a full bath ensuite (shower/tub) in the Primary Suite. GREAT water pressure. The Kitchen The galley kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, and a dishwasher. It includes flatware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, glassware, and staple pantry items/spices/condiments. A coffee pot and Keurig are available as well as your basic small kitchen appliances. Kitchen/dining island table and 8 dining chairs, featuring its own bar style TVs, divide the spacious living room. The Living Room The living room has high pickled pine ceilings with lots of natural light. It's outfitted with a 65" flat screen smart TV w/ HD and is connected to the dining room in an open concept that feeds into the kitchen. There's an L-shaped modern sofa sectional and 1 queen sleeper sofa bed (available upon request). Other Rooms The attached heated finished garage (no cars allowed) is outfitted as a game room featuring ping pong table, pool table, shuffleboard, darts, cornhole, card table/chairs, and 55" flat screen smart TV. Feel free to open up the garage door, use the grill, full use of the furnished back patio that's the length of the house, and fire pit with Adirondack chairs to toast s’mores! FYI The main house and garage each have their own thermostat to adjust temps as needed. Our guest house will be clean when you arrive and will be cleaned & disinfected after your departure. Guest Access Front door, back door, and side garage door are key coded so no fuss with losing keys! Guests have full access to the entire house, the garage along with back patio, backyard fire pit/chairs, and BBQ grill. Interaction with Guests The amount of interaction we have with you is entirely up to you! Mackenzie is always available via call/text or email should you need anything at all. She's happy to give you tips for places to visit nearby or local directions. Do you provide any cleaning service? There is no daily housekeeping service unless requested at time of booking for an additional fee (email for more specifics). While clean linens and bath towels are included in the guest house, a daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Our guest house will be clean when you arrive and will be cleaned & disinfected after your departure.
