晚飯衹有我們兩個人，點了三文魚給孩子，半夜開始嘔吐不止，****，前台沒有葯，讓我們去醫院，忍住沒去，第二天結賬，不僅沒有安慰，且説沒有醫院證明不能説是晚餐食物不好。有一個服務經理服務特別差，衹因為攜程會員價格便宜，他們不願意按攜程會員價結賬。

Above all the hotel has excellent location. Regardless of busy streets and the nearby shopping mall, the room was quiet. We had the riverside view which is really beautiful. The bed was comfortable but the overall setup of the room is a bit ascetic. The breakfast was good. It is nice that the breakfast is served on the top floor restaurant, with nice view.

Gezmek için arabayi farklı bi yere park ettik . İki yaşındaki oğlum yoruldu kucağımda uyudu . Çok Yakında bu otel olduğu için dedik oraya girişimizi yapalım eşimin kimliği yanındaydı benim ve oğlumun arabada kalmıştı tc kimlik numaramızı söyleyelim dedik yok dediler cocugu yukari yatağa biralkalim zaten eşim gidip arabayı getirecek o zaman size kimlikleri verir . Kabul etmediler 40 dk lik yolu yürümek zorunda kaldık hakkımı helal etmiyorum . Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum

Best hotel and services ever. It is very rare that i give a 10/10 review for a hotel but this one is really amazing especially the staff and the cleanliness and the location. A very great value of money

Close to being perfect
The hotel is a lovely hotel and amenities are close to being perfect but not quite there.
Lovely and helpful staff
Location is decent but not in the best part of Adana with that being said it is very confident having a nice shopping mall right next to it and bus stops and taxis available as well.
Overall we loved the comfort and the helpful staff and if I’m Adana would definitely return.
