An old worn off hotel. the receptionist was rude, though the bellboy was very friendly and helpful. The toilet seat was on the bathroom floor. the toilet seat was.... see the pictures. apparently the room was flooded before and the pieces of the floorings were missing and the floor was on hills. we were too tired to argue so we slept and left the hotel. see please take a look at the pictures

I stayed there on the 30th of January 2023. I just chose this hotel because it is close to the train station. 10 minutes walk and you will be in Adana train station. The reception was fairly helpful but specially the bellboy was very helpful. since my visit was in weekdays I had many options to choose they were happy to show me different rooms and I chose a spacious one facing the street for good sunlight. The hotel looks old and the lighting in the corridor was ridiculously low that a person with a little problem with his eyesight can stumble and fall. My eyesight is good and I had problem finding my room card and open the door. I had to use my phone light. Burn marks were over the furniture showing how much this place is worn down. Toilet cover was broken and even you turn off all the lights in the room I had one of the lights blinking all night and although it was weak but was annoying in complete darkness. I booked the room for 500 Turkish liras a night with no breakfast (so I have no idea about the quality of the breakfast) and if I wanted the breakfast it would be 550 Turkish liras. The hotel is just one Street at the back of Ziya paşa bulivard and it was very quiet

It was the best hotel I have ever been to. I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with my family and we were very pleased. Both the location and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel to everyone. It is the only place where everyone wants to come.
