The gentleman at the reception was very friendly. I am not sure if they have an agreement with Trip. After showing the screenshot of the invoice, I was able to enter the room. Although the vehicle sounds are disturbing when the window is open, there is no problem when the window is closed. A nice place to watch the sunset.

Dirty rooms, have to ask for fresh towels on daily basis, breakfast was terrible, our room had too many issues to list and it took 2 days to get different room. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in various countries, this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in by far.
