Gabi bar and lounge Terrible food and chef was mean had an attitude, we returned back the food and was told it’s problem was with the cheese and refused to fix or do anything about it Terrible terrible chef is an understatement Enjoy the top view and not the food inside

I liked the hotel interior design and gabi bar is so amazing and also the spa and service was so amazing l would like to come back again i never had a place like that it has also dj night on the top of gabi bar with big screen and airport view l invite all peoples to visit this place

The hotel is not bad but they chraged us 200$ more than our deal. We talked with the previous manager (the person that his number is still in the google profile). But they changed their words and said he is not here anymore and they forced us to pay 200$ more. So if u book this hotel all the time u should be ready for extra money. I don’t trust them anymore

I had a very high expectation for this hotel because it is new and looks nice. Nevertheless, I was extremely disappointed during my stay there. We found out the hot water wasn't running and informed the staff and they kept telling us they were fixing it for three hours. We ended up giving up and showering with cold water after paying all of that money. We called the reception for room service because the number they gave us for room service wasn't being picked up (there's no menu in the rooms btw). The reception told us they will forward our call but they didn't. We ended up going to the restaurant to get some food even though we were staying in the hotel. The staff sounded extremely unprofessional during all phone calls we had with them and they never bothered to introduce the hotel or themselves. We thought we found a wrong number on Google. In conclusion, this was a waste of money and there are much better options in Addis for this price.

Made to feel welcome by the helpful reception staff. Rooms and beds were very comfortable and plenty of hot water and tea making facilities in the rooms. Do take earplugs if you are a light sleeper as local dogs do bark during the night. Good variety of food for breakfast and the omelettes were great. Evening meal service was slow as short of staff, although we were informed as we went in for dinner. The food was ok but not brilliant. We didn't use the spa or gym but they did look good. Overall, a good stay in Addis Ababa and very close to the airport.

I booked a room from this hotel for My husband. He was coming to Addis for the first time, and they promised to pick him up from the airport by shuttle; he arrived at midnight, but they didn't wait for him at AirPort as agreed; he was waiting for their shuttle bus for hours and hours.
