Amazing stay! The hospitality at Haile Grand Addis was exceptional- we felt very welcomed and the attention from staff was 10/10. Our room was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend visiting.

The hotel is not in the city center so there is nothing nearby, but it is not far to the city center by taxi. The hotel has a swimming pool and spa, but I didn't try them. The room is also average. If you want to stay, I suggest staying at Hyatt Regency. You won't be disappointed

Haile Grand Addis Ababa has truly become our home away from home! From the moment we walked in, we were embraced by the warm and inviting ambiance that instantly put us at ease. The elegant decor, soothing lighting, and immaculate surroundings created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The staff went above and beyond, treating us like family with their genuine smiles and attentive service. Every request was met with kindness and efficiency, making our stay nothing short of exceptional. This was our second visit, and once again, the experience exceeded our expectations. My husband and I absolutely love this place, and without a doubt, we’ll be returning for a third time soon!

The staff at the Haile were all very attentive and helpful. The breakfast had plenty of options. We enjoyed eating dinner at the rockview bar. The garden was very lovely and peaceful. We enjoyed using the sauna in the evening. We would be happy to stay here again.

I went for a discussion with our colleagues at work and get the chance to look around the place. It's one of the best in Addis if not the first. The topography, the design, the food, general facility and most importantly the hospitality which I have not experienced elsewhere!

Best welcome gesture I have ever received!! Lovely and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast. I had a communication situation with a Rides driver and didn’t have much time. A doorman, named Yohannes Banata came through for me. I’m grateful. He was so professional!! Unforgettable.
