One of the best hotels I advice everyone who is visiting Addis to use. Staff very friendly. Very clean and the food is wow. Next time I visit Addis, for sure I will definitely use this hotel. Still not far from airport. Shopping malls are around with whatever you need to shop.

Well,the best place in adiss with a great location and with a great customer service The break fast was great,everyone was so cooperative,nice and helpful Looking forward to come again! I highly recommend want to give appreciation for the people at front desk,the waiters and the manager

Everything was amazing , the staff were excellent and very helpful. I have hosted a meeting and also used the accomodation and I have no complaints! The house keepers especially yemsrach were also meticulous and the front office people were all friendly and ready to assist, including interpretation especially Merhawit &Abenezer. I will definately be back.

The rooms are absolutely immaculate. They're really large and comfortable. The service has been excellent, very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The breakfast buffet has a huge variety, there's something for everybody. I would recommend staying here for business and pleasure.

The services were super and excellent. It was good to sleep at the facility and we were so happy. Breakfast is good with delicious foods. Those serving are good with warm welcome. Generally the hotel is neat and a good place to spend time family and friends. Thank you and see you soon
