Outstanding staff, upgraded us just to make us more comfortable, cared for all our needs, always a smile and always professional. Amenities are great and as advertised: pool, massages. The area/street doesn't have a great variety of food options but the hotel always accommodates. Room service works well too. But truly, the staff made all the difference. Shout-out to the desk office, the floor manager and the driver, all went above and beyond. An example, you ask? I lost my passport during rock climbing outside the city, and the hotel, without us asking, volunteered their shuttle and driver for me to go around the town for 5h in a row, from police station to city hall to photocopy shop, and all for free. You can trust them. አመሰግናለሁ!

I highly recommend the hotel service. Especially the hospitality and the complementary breakfast. Another advantage is the airport is very nearby like 4 kms. And all other important organisations and supermarkets are nearby. Also, they provide the airport drop and pick ip

Everything was a crazy good!! They are friendly, food was really good and people is a blast. Beds are so cozy and all the rooms are enough space to be comfortable and chilling, if doesn’t doubt I will be back to spend my nights here in western!!!

Very pleasant and welcoming staff, helpful and smiling. They are competent and quick at replying. Habtom was particularly attentive to your needs and ready to answer. He was professional and courteous to customers. I had a particular nice stay, I would recommend.

It was an amazing experience. The room was so clean and fresh, the pillow were comfortable. We had all the facilities in the room just as described in "***********". Of course if i want to re-visite Addis Ababa, i will choose the same hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Regarding the food, so delicious and fresh. In conclusion, 5 stars of course.
