The staff were polite, humble and respectful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The Airport shuttle transfer was on time.

The hotel is located in a colorful and busy neighborhood at the outskirts of Addis Ababa. Some might not like to stay in a less effluent area, but I found some great churches, restaurants and parks nearby. The traffic in the area is horrendous, like everywhere in AA. The hotel itself has ever smiling helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are well appointed, and the breakfast has the right mix of local and western dishes. The hotel provides an efficient airport shuttle service on demand.

The view, the treatment, the hospitality was very much convenient and great. Especially the peace it has because of its location, it makes it remarkable and choosable for me. I had a very wonderful stay as I find very serene and tranquil experience

Right from the front desk the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were excellent for the price you are paying. The bed was comfortable and they even had decorative flower arrangements done for us on the bed. They also have every amenity kit you can think of. The breakfast was also amazing.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. From the robust buffet options to the clean and comfortable accomodations, I had an exceptional time. By far the best part though was the diligent staff who made our stay that much more special. I hope to return soon!
