I had specifically asked for late checkout when I check in, the lady at the reception said that’s no problem if I call in the day before I check out. However, when I called in the day before checking out, the reception asked for USD50 with terrible attitude.
Best Western is a chain that is not recommended, period.

The room is very small, with no space for activities other than the bed. The facilities are very old, similar to those in hotels in provincial capital cities in China.

The location is good, opposite a small shopping mall and a 5-minute walk from the Orthodox Church. The service is friendly, the breakfast is rich and you can order cappuccino for free. There are also sports center, art gallery, massage... and other facilities. I am satisfied.
