Good value hotel, not far from airport in an area of town close to shops, restaurants and bars, (indeed like many in the neighbourhood, have an airport shuttle). Rooms spacious, breakfast decent with friendly staff, but above all, a warm welcome at reception and always keen to help however "pesado" you are. Noticed the difference when staying at another venue in Addis, just how helpful they are here.

My favorite place to stay when I come to Ethiopia. The staff is amazing, the food is good, and overall restful and quit place. The rooms have much space and the views are nice. There are many food places and things to do that are within walking distance. I think the price is fair not to high and not to low.

Excellent stay with super service. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and quiet. The breakfast was incredible as was the food to order with lots of variety. The location is ideal as it’s 10 minutes from the airport. Charming hotel!!!!
