"So I scored this at an average because I stayed here before and it was great however the second time was pretty bad. I booked a mini suite this time (previous was a premium king or tier lower to the suite so I was expecting a great experience but it was not. The entrance was on the side of the building which was not the main entrance which was an inconvenience. For breakfast, we had to walk across the parking lot into the main building, another inconvenience. At check in the receptionist could not locate my booking and had to make phone calls to figure out my stay details. Once at my room (here it begins) no hot water, shower did not drain properly so while showering it would overflowed onto the floor. The rooms had crack flooring, water damaged wall paper, stained and damaged seating and the bathroom mirror light did not work (the drain is the only thing fixed during my stay) There were no drinking water bottles or welcome letters and/or room service menu and not even a tv guide for us either(Rm A712). Lastly the security was rude to my wife (this is the main reason for my rating), I booked the room under my name and she tried to enter the hotel without me to use the ATM. She was stopped, questioned and denied entry until I walked up showing the room key. I was devastated because we walked in and out of entry several times so we should have at least been recognized. I will stay again and hope that this does not happen again."
"The room is quite old. Although it can be seen that it was a good hotel in the past, the management is not keeping up now. The towels are already black and are still in use. Other places are also quite shabby. The location of the hotel is good"

"Breakfast is very good, can be an extra bed, very good with children, the hotel has a parking lot, the location is great, the overall is great, it is expensive, but the stay feels first-class, come back next time."
"The living environment is good, the boss is very enthusiastic and can speak simple Chinese. It is very convenient to take a taxi to the city. If you have to choose between saving money and saving trouble, you still have to look at your own wallet and spend within your means."
"Breakfast is OK, sometimes the diesel generator is off the power, a diesel smell is changed from the 2nd floor to the 9th floor, WiFi is connected, it is best to bring Internet cable or self-provided AP, there is security at the door, there is a good western restaurant environment opposite, equivalent to domestic 3 stars"
"The service is good, because I am not satisfied with the facilities, I changed 3 rooms. The national economy of Ethiopia is not good enough, and it has been in disrepair for a long time. Although the living is very ordinary, it is understandable!"
"The staff were polite, humble and respectful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The Airport shuttle transfer was on time.
Staying at Stay Easy Plus Hotel was a wonderful experience."

Amazing
ZZelalem HaddisThe guest house was exceptionally clean, the staff were all friendly and helpful, specially the host (the owner) a very beautiful, attractive very friendly and helpful young lady. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was also perfect. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious and offered a wide variety of options including fresh juice and hot drinks with your preference. It was so yummy and I ate the whole thing, even though it was quite heavy for one person. Perfectly cooked and the flavor was amazing and can be served to your room or they can serve you down in the dining room without time limit from early morning to mid day. Overall, I highly recommend this guest house!
GGuest UserThis stay was beyond my expectation! The hotel is clean and tidy, the lobby is spacious and bright, the decoration is simple and elegant, and the quality is reflected in the details. The guest rooms are warm and comfortable, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the sleep quality is greatly guaranteed. The bathroom facilities are complete and easy to use. The smart lighting system and small refrigerator also add a lot of convenience and surprises to the stay.
It makes people feel warm. This stay is impeccable from hardware to software, and I will choose here next time!
TTraveler2I recently stayed at this hotel and had a good experience. The service was consistently friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home when I arrived. One of the best features is its convenient location near various Western restaurants, making dining out easy. Additionally, the hotel offers a free bus service to the airport, which is a significant plus. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The large eating area was another highlight, offering a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The menu options were diverse, catering to various tastes.
Bbellawang57I really love it here! Love every staff member! I stored my luggage before going to the south, and the front desk kindly told me that when I arrived in Arbaminch, I would stay at Haile and ask the hotel to find a car for me. Later, I returned happily and stayed again, reluctant to leave here.

Very Good
GGuest UserIt is better than I have expected. The hotel is new, rooms are nice and clean. Free shuttle to airport.
But there are some disadvantages:
- location is not good
- there are no gym, spa or swimming pool
- late check out after 6 was not possible even after we paid extra (half of the daily cost)
DDeThis hotel is situated in the in-transit area of the international airport in Addis Ababa and well worth the money if you have a long layover. The room is lovely and clean, the shower - heavely, and the bed - sublime. In addition, the breakfast buffet had a wonderful variety and was really delicious. The airport shops and restaurants are very expensive and facilities not great, so it is definitely worth booking into the hotel. It's considerably cheaper to book through trip.com, just be sure to book at least a day in advance if you are landing very early - bookings need to be confirmed by the office which only opens at 8am (Ethiopia time). (My photos don't do the bed or shower justice!)
JJean EdwardThe hotel was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was clean including the bathroom. The only issue was finding the place with GPS, the road getting there is a bit narrow but all in all I will revisit this hotel again.

FFarhiya farax HajiSome staff were good and front desk manager during the day but it's poor over the phone in the night and restaurant waitress.
Couple of days we asked staff simple stuff, like butter and we was told, there's no butter and almost everyday breakfast it was the same except on Saturday, they provided samusas.
There breakfast is very heavy 😕 😫.. rice, anjera eithopian pancake with mixed with eithopian spice sauce, different bread, mixed cooked vegetable, cooked cabbage, cupcakes, cakes and arabian beans and cold porridge make with water and one choice of cereal.
The room is big but the cleaning is not good and we found cockrach but we already informed the front desk manager.
Overall poor service, poor quality of food and poor cleaning.
GGuest UserI stayed for 2 nights, service overall was pleasant. Special mention to Asefa.
Breakfast is a good mix of sweet and savory, western and local.
Wellness center was not a great experience though. I booked a Swedish massage but wasn't convinced. And I was given a bath robe that was torn.
Just an extra tip, beware of people outside the hotel who claim to work for the hotel (or another hotel). Seemingly nice people, but may take you to dangerous places
