The room is quite old. Although it can be seen that it was a good hotel in the past, the management is not keeping up now. The towels are already black and are still in use. Other places are also quite shabby. The location of the hotel is good

Breakfast is very good, can be an extra bed, very good with children, the hotel has a parking lot, the location is great, the overall is great, it is expensive, but the stay feels first-class, come back next time.

Breakfast is OK, sometimes the diesel generator is off the power, a diesel smell is changed from the 2nd floor to the 9th floor, WiFi is connected, it is best to bring Internet cable or self-provided AP, there is security at the door, there is a good western restaurant environment opposite, equivalent to domestic 3 stars

The service is good, because I am not satisfied with the facilities, I changed 3 rooms. The national economy of Ethiopia is not good enough, and it has been in disrepair for a long time. Although the living is very ordinary, it is understandable!

IIBBY2805Very excellent hotel, the location is great, very clean from inside and outside. I hope they get a better system of knowing that travellers are coming, and while all booking are done online, plus paid. Asking for confirmation number, is a great way to start. I’m not writing this review to say anything bad about this hotel, but I have been in a very smaller hotel than this, and they automatically know that I have a confirmation, and booking has been done. Meanwhile, the biggest hotel they should know quickly than that. I love the stuff they are very great. I love the breakfast, but with the price of the rooms, I think that breakfast should be included in the rooms. I really appreciate the generosity. I Also, look forward in the future stay there. Thank you!

AAtie TaktehraniThe host was an amiable and hospitable lady. She welcomes you with warmth, and the staff also behaves respectfully. The guesthouse is beautifully designed, with eye-catching artwork in every corner. Our room was lovely and comfortable, but there were some shortcomings. It seems that the main light in the room was burnt out, making it dark at night. Additionally, there was no trash bin in the room and the toilet hose needed repair.
The host has five adorable dogs, which is important to mention in the guesthouse description for those who may have sensitivities or fears of dogs. This information helps travelers decide whether to reserve a room, considering some people may be uncomfortable around dogs.
You can experience local cuisine at this guesthouse. If you enjoy Ethiopian food, you will appreciate the offerings. A supermarket is nearby, and you can use the kitchen facilities to prepare your meals.
Please note that hot water is not readily available. You'll need to inform the staff to heat the water, and it takes at least two hours for it to warm up.

I stored my luggage before going to the south, and the front desk kindly told me that when I arrived in Arbaminch, I would stay at Haile and ask the hotel to find a car for me. Later, I returned happily and stayed again, reluctant to leave here.

DDeThis hotel is situated in the in-transit area of the international airport in Addis Ababa and well worth the money if you have a long layover. The room is lovely and clean, the shower - heavely, and the bed - sublime. In addition, the breakfast buffet had a wonderful variety and was really delicious. The airport shops and restaurants are very expensive and facilities not great, so it is definitely worth booking into the hotel. It's considerably cheaper to book through trip.com, just be sure to book at least a day in advance if you are landing very early - bookings need to be confirmed by the office which only opens at 8am (Ethiopia time). (My photos don't do the bed or shower justice!)

While it may not have had standout features, it offered all the essential amenities one would expect. Therefore, I would rate it a respectable 6 out of 10. While it didn't leave a lasting impression, it served as a satisfactory choice for a pleasant stay.

FFarhiya farax HajiSome staff were good and front desk manager during the day but it's poor over the phone in the night and restaurant waitress.
Couple of days we asked staff simple stuff, like butter and we was told, there's no butter and almost everyday breakfast it was the same except on Saturday, they provided samusas.
There breakfast is very heavy 😕 😫.. rice, anjera eithopian pancake with mixed with eithopian spice sauce, different bread, mixed cooked vegetable, cooked cabbage, cupcakes, cakes and arabian beans and cold porridge make with water and one choice of cereal.
The room is big but the cleaning is not good and we found cockrach but we already informed the front desk manager.
Overall poor service, poor quality of food and poor cleaning.

JJean EdwardThe hotel was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was clean including the bathroom. The only issue was finding the place with GPS, the road getting there is a bit narrow but all in all I will revisit this hotel again.
