Just spent 10 nights here some of the reviews just don’t do it justice. Yes it’s in need of some tlc in places but it was clean , comfy beds sheets towels changed regularly . Super pool area , we were self catering so can’t comment on food ! 10 min walk to sea front , gift shops , restaurant’s etc . 5mins walk to bus stops good service . The staff were brilliant friendly and helpful . Reception , life Guards, cleaners-pool side bar staff all had a smile for you . Would recommend this for couples !

I was apprehensive about staying here after reading the reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised by a friendly welcome and easy check in. Travelling alone with my two children I was concerned about some of the reviews regarding items being stolen from rooms. I was given a card key that was required even to get on the floor to my apartment which made me feel very safe and secure. The apartment was basic and dated, however it was very spacious and clean with a fabulous view. It was in a perfect location and there was only one night during the week that I could hear the music from the lively ***** of bars down the road. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Arrived at the hotel Sunday 11 th may greeted by the reception guy who was helpfull , but that’s where it all ended he new were 60 plus years of age by our passports , my partner was arriving 1 hour after me . I was showed by the receptionist a map of where to go , it was. 15 minute walk with a suitcase and hold all along main road then down a dark lane which was not ideal as it was 9 15 pm I then had to go up 3 flights of steps to appartment , looking at the map he must of put is the furthest away from the reception being 63 years of age this is something the hotel gave no consideration . Appartment was ok but was next to a road down to Veronica’s so I knew immediately it was going to be noisy . I had to walk bk to the reception to get my partner who is 60 years of age , track all the way bk to the appartment ,by time we got there it was exhausting for both of us . We decided to have shower no hot water but we couldn’t be bothered to walk all the way bk to reception , hoping in morning would be ok . The noise was unbearable in the night and then wake up to another cold shower , we decided to find somewhere better if which we did . On returning to the reception to hand key cards in we were met by a lady , told her the issues we had first thing she said we have some nice rooms just by the reception I was astonished to here such comment I replied if you had nice rooms here why did you send us al the way over to the other side of of the complex which is fenced off with barbed wire . They new our age so I find this unexceptionable , I realise that they can do nothing about the noise but to have cold water is totally shocking by this complex . To ask someone to carry you’re case 15 minutes to get to your room when you’re 63 years of age shows this complex doesn’t care about anyone’s welfare , I would suggest do no not stay here until they can change there attitude to customers who pay money ti stay there . I was there for 1 night out of 6. No refund which is what I expect from a shambolic place ,

Just back a week ago from these apartments and got to say we've no complaints at all. Yes it's basic but spotless but you get what you pay for. Close to all the amenities few minutes down to the front where you are spoilt for choice on where to eat or drink. I've got to say we were a bit reticent when we read a few bad reviews, ignore them, they don't know what they're talking about. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to these apartments next time I'm in Tenerife. Little footnote if you like Indian food make sure you try the green chilli next door, quite honestly one of the best Indian restaurants I've ever beenbin, and we've been all over the world. We'll done The paraiso, and thanks for a lovely peaceful stay.
