Very nice and in a convenient location. The staff was very nice and pleasant and made sure we were comfortable and did not have any issues. Check in was very easy and the front desk attendant was very helpful and made herself available for any issues we may have had.

When we checked in Saturday 10/5 for one night on our way back to Englewood, Fl we had no clue Milton was forming. Two hours later with the storm formed and barreling straight to our neighborhood we extended our stay by a week. The staff was amazing- Dante was especially helpful - they were all exhausted from recovering from Helene, hosting families displaced in Georgia and North Carolina and now being asked to open doors to scared Floridians evacuating to avoid possible destruction. They all stepped up, tears in their eyes for not being able to give rooms to all in need - many set up camp in the parking lot. The whole town truly exhibited that special trait- Southern hospitality. Thank you

Wonderful Surprise Hotel ! This hotel is being renovated and the rooms are absolutely lovely! Beds are plush and so comfortable. Thank you Emily! The front desk personnel (De’Kyra) was so welcoming upon my arrival and at the time when I left. She truly made my stay worthwhile in going the extra mile in so many ways ~ !

What an amazing find ! I was blown away by the quality of the room and bedding. The hospitality of the lady who checked me in, De’Kyra and Emily from housekeeping truly made my stay fabulous! Also it was nice that they had coffee, juice and muffins available for breakfast. Will definitely return ~ !

The room was not cleaned properly. The room smelled like mildew. They did not serve breakfast and the desk attendant was rude

This hotel is just the worst. Our key cards wouldn't work so the front desk rekeyed them. We tried again and they still wouldn't work. The front office attendant came and he wasn't able to get them to work so he went to move us to another room. When we went to the other room we didn't need a key card because the door was literally standing wide open!!! The whole place feels unsafe and the smell of pot literally gave me a headache. We immediately loaded our bags back in the car, request our refund and went to another hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE! From what we could see through the windows it is a dirty, nasty hotel. The windows hadn't been cleaned in Lord knows how long with streaks coming from the top of the window where they had sweat which I am sure has to be growing black mold around the seals. It's just gross. Don't waste you time or money. Go elsewhere.

If you want to clean your own room, rude customer service and stain beds sheets...this is top of the building to visit.... air conditioner doesn't get cold and you don't get your trash taken out...if you like the smell ...enjoy here

Mice or other chewing species made a hole in the wall by the outside entrance in the corner and then upon entering made several nesting spots in the room, under the sink and in another wall of the room. Mattresses were both blood stained and urine stained and carpet had toenail clippings and other debris. After taking turns driving for 32 hours we decided we couldn’t make it the last 4 hours and stopped at this hotel, after seeing the condition of the room, I felt sick and anxious about critters for about 2 hours until we were both too exhausted to care about the nastiness and fell asleep anyway. The note in the room said cleaned by Victoria, but there was no doubt that this room wasn’t vacuumed. However in stark contrast, the receptionist was amazing and very hospitable!
