Либо я избалована, либо хорошие отзывы фейковые. Кроме места - прямо напротив пляжа и набора в номере: тв, холодильник, фен, кондей, преимуществ нет. Жили там три дня в 2х номерах: 1. Трехместный: окно под крышей крохотное, подушки чисто символические, в санузле плесень, сантехника не чищена. Заселили на 30 мин позже, даже не извинились: «у нас 12 выездов сегодня, горничная не успевает». Ощущение что ты везде им обязан. 2. Переселили в «улучшенный номер»: номер маленький, розетка для холодильника и тв одна - выбирай сам чему работать, плесень на стенах, вида из окна нет: 2/3 затянуто виноградом, так что свет не проходит, в остальную часть видно хоз.двор - свалку велосипедов и стоянку грязных квардриков. Территории у гостиницы НЕТ: даже места администратора нет - она сидит в пристроечке к другой гостиннице из профилей пвх. Детская площадка - это один домик и тренажер, на который нельзя садится детям. Как бы на 2* тянет (если б не плесень), НО почему цена как у нормальных трешек с питанием на соседних улицах?!?!

+ месторасположение, нормальный матрас (удивились), вода идёт комфортно - напор не летает), есть мини набор отеля - фен, холодильник, чайник чашки, одеяло, топили в октябре, тв, рядом аптеки, пятёрочка (но очень грязная и с маленьким ассортиментом), пляжи реально 100 метров - с маленькими детьми просто от души не рекомендую, в номерах кафель, без ковров, детская комната открывается по запросу (и то нам нахамили при просьбе открыть, а потом оказалось что ковёр (лежащий свернутым) - сезонный) правда администратор потом вообще предложила к ней больше не обращаться, тк она «не наша» (мы так поняли из смежного отеля), с коляской будете пешком пониматься, оставить внизу нельзя, балкон с большими проемами, с детьми маленькими не откроешь, и номер супер маленький
