Overall the perfect hotel located a little bit elevated in mountains, but there is free cable car pass for the guests. The room is huge. High end equipped as well as furnished. The breakfast nice. Would love to stay once more if need to go to this place. But please remember this is not a Sochi :)

Потрясающе клиентоориентированный персонал! Все до одного: горничные, охрана, ребята на ресепшн, сотрудники ресторана- видно, что любят свою работу и рады каждому гостю. Отель не новый, но добротный- чувствуется старая школа стандартов качества. Соотношение цена/качество полностью соответствует!

Потрепанный отель. Бассейн открыт с 9 до 21. За 15 минут до закрытия уже выгоняют. Помещение для завтраков очень маленькое (возможно, мы так попали вне сезона).

Nice hotel,fine foods, good weather snow, beautiful breakfast. Nice soul spa, great work the staff . Lovely people at the reception,have hospitality green key and the beast RPS Achievement 2023 Premium Brands.

Perfect Hotel in term of: Hotel team surrounding you with open hearts, out-of-box thinking, perfect services; excellent location just in 100 meters from main slope; yumee RAKLET restaurant; very responsive room service. Always available cart ride to the slope.

Отель неплохой. Не новый конечно, но всё в исправном состоянии и чистый. Из плюсов: Просторные номера. Очень вкусные завтраки, быстрое и приятное обслуживание. В ресторане всегда было место. Кому интересно, шампанское на завтрак. Пообедать и поужинать тоже можно вкусно и за демократичную цену. Близко до подъёмников. Хороший сервис. Отличный хамам и массаж. В СПА зоне всегда находится сотрудник. Из минусов (лично для меня) :нет часов, когда в бассейн разрешено только взрослым. Очень маленький бассейн, не рассчитан одновременно на людей , которые хотят отдохнуть и тишины и на большое количество семей с маленькими детьми. Хотя бы с 20.00 сделать вход только для взрослых
